Making an estate plan has been on my to-do list for awhile, and when my employer offered legal insurance as a benefit, I didn't really have an excuse to drag my feet any longer. I looked over the ARAG website to find a lawyer and I was drawn to Summerall since they exclusively do estate planning. Their website was also very friendly and prices were very transparent. My legal benefit provided full coverage and I only paid for deed transfers and notary ($350). We worked with Albert and he was professional and responsive during the entire process. I think it helps if you already have a sense of some of the logistics going into the meeting and their intake form does help with the planning. All the meetings took about an hour and then all our wills, POA , AHCD and trusts were set up. The main to-do afterwards is to adjust all your beneficiary settings in your accounts, but they have a nice checklist that makes the process less cumbersome. Overall, highly recommend them if you are looking for a very streamlined well oiled machine to get your estate plan done. read more

We had two meetings to got though and set everything up. She made it very easy and straight forward down to the drive through notary to finalize documents.
