This was the fifth and final stop on our house-hunting adventure. The first two was really for them. The last three was more for us. There were two other sales office in this lot: Mosaik and another. Both were closed and sold out. The woman who worked there told us their houses were sold out as well. We asked for previous pricing information, but that was not available. She did tell us that the next phase was starting in the 670s for single detached, a lot more expensive than Bradford. We had nothing to take with us and left. The location intrigued me though. Went: Sat Oct 3rd, 2015, 2 p.m. (75/100) We bought at Holland Landing previously and went to the sales center to do some things but decided to head to the Sharon sales office again to do some comparison shopping. Great Gulf is building in Holland Landing as well and they are a lot more expensive. However, they have better standard features and a great reputation, but you are paying a premium for that. Sharon, in general, is more expensive than Holland Landing. I really don't see why. I know it is closer to the highway, but Holland Landing is closer to all the desirable parts of East Gwillimbury and more developed. Comparable housing to what we bought was 100K more here, which made us feel better about our decision. That said, is we spent the money on a smaller property with Great Gulf at this location, I would feel quite good about that decision, though the girlfriend prefers more housing at Holland Landing.
