Two hours later, we had a very happy daughter. A great experience taught by a great instructor. We witnessed it ourselves when being driven around for the last 15 minutes. Next plans: a repeat just before my daughter's 17th birthday and then proper driving lessons, of course with the same instructor.

But the staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming, and the violin teacher - Gillian Findlay - was amazing! She could see I was nervous and put me right at ease. Everything she told me was extremely beneficial and she took me through my final two grades. The North East Music School is practically an institution. It has a regular newsletter that I get every 3 months, and regularly host keynote lunches with wonderful music and brilliant speakers. If you are into music then this is your place. There isn't much else like this in the area, so definitely worth looking into.
