I started attending Pole Pursuits in June 2009 in a bid to find an exercise class that was more fun and sociable than the gym. The class is great fun, with a range of times to attend different classes making it very flexible. The instuctor (Cat) and her fellow demonstrators are brillilant, positive and very encouraging, giving great support and guidance to develop yourself and your ability further. As well as being a fun and relaxed atmosphere, I never get bored (unlike the gym) and work muscles I didnt even know I had! Very flexible class times; best prices for high quality lessons. Friendly instructor (Cat) who allows you to learn at your own pace and teaches different techniques for those who may struggle with doing moves a particular way. Helps keep you fit, meet new people, and is just a good laugh :) I started October 2009, loved the first class, very relaxed and left you wanting to keep going and try more! I have been attending since June 2009. I have a very busy life style and have enjoyed the flexibility of drop in classes, I have developed both physically and mentally, my general health and fitness has been greatly improved!
