We called on Tuesday to see if we could get a quote on a new pressure tank. Chris came out, immediately assessed the situation and walked us through some different options. He also was able to give us immediate quotes. We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. A technician, who was equally professional and polite, came out the next day to install. It is almost like they had been through etiquette training and used manners (sir and mam) that were from generations past. It definitely left an impression, so much so that we chose to purchase a maintenance agreement and have the company come back out and check our furnace before winter. Jimmy came out for a air conditioning inspection and brought a trainee. He was just wonderful teaching him the ropes. He also explained that my air conditioner is 13 yrs old and had some repairs that were needed, but also explained about purchasing a new system, since it is so old, and not putting money into a failing air conditioner. I was aware before the visit that a new air conditioner was most likely going to happen. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY they don't come prepared they DONT stand behind their word let alone their work! Do to their Negligence we lost a 3500 hot tub cause they Did not come prepared to fix a line which we told them when we called what was wrong and what they would need not to mention they should've known from the beginning because they are the ones who just replumbed our whole house not even a year ago!!! I replaced my condenser fan motor due to worn out motor. The replacement kept overheating so I called Summer's for help. Very knowledgeable technician identified the capacitor needed replaced but was a special type. He located one had it put in and everything is running as it should now. Tech also looked at the coils on the inside vent to confirm that no blockage exist at my request. read more
