Jason put in an AC & Furnace for me. Was very pleased with work and price. Will not hesitate to call them again.

Griffin Hall from Good Guys HVAC, during a previous repair, noticed a dangerous issue with the main gas line to my furnace. He observed there was a lot of offset tension on the gas line connection to the furnace due its improper installation when the furnace was originally installed. He used a flexible gas line connector to alleviate the issue (see photo) and was very meticulous to ensure the new pipe had no leaks. Furthermore, he applied additional stabilizers to ensure the pipe was properly secured. I certainly appreciate his attention to detail and his outstanding professionalism to make my furnace safer and more efficient. Griffin Halls demonstrated superior skills and willingness to go the extra distance to help his customers brings great credit upon himself and the Good Guys HVAC company. Others would do well to emulate his attitude. There is no doubt who I will call in the future for HVAC service. read more

Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning - My new safer gas line connection - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Westfield, Indiana

Super friendly, and when our air went out they came in and replaced it (and the furnace) in less than a day. They were super responsive to all of my questions (and I had many) via text. Pricing was on par with their competitors. I priced out three companies and was happy I ended up with Good Guys! read more

Scheduled them to service my AC and Mini Split in our sunroom. I had requested Aaron given his strong reviews. He didn't disappoint, he arrived on-time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The AC was working great and he didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need. He repaired the Mini Split and added coolant and now it's working perfectly again. I will definitely use them again and request Aaron! read more

my experience was great they came out sunday evening . Danny was great. They have the cheapest service call fee. I called alot of companys others wanted up to 200 dollars just to show up . Good guys was 69.00 My furnace is now running, it was a simple fix. I installed a filter on the door to the unit and it was plugged. HE removed the filter and it started running. That was something i should have checked. The guy was very nice I would highly recommend this company. read more

I requested HVAC service and it ended up being what was suspected, my blower. My furnace is not a common brand so that made my part harder to find, longer to get and more expensive. However, my Tech had an alternative suggestion. He exchanged the whole motor for a more common one so that it's cheaper, done same day and works just the same! Saved me a lot of money and time! Much appreciated his transparency and thoughtfulness. I would use them in the future for other projects. read more

STay away from these guys. Thier app does not work, you cant get anyone on the phone, the person assigned to you does not respond. They say full home services, but can only do some things. Thier phrase is ' I will get someone to help you" but never respond again. read more

What an incredible overall experience! First, I downloaded the app at 11pm for a 5-8am visit the next morning. I was shocked to see availability on such short notice - and it was a free visit. An hour or so after the window closed, nobody had come, so I called. The app shouldn't have let me schedule that, and they weren't notified, which is completely understandable. They still sent someone out by 11am that morning. My AC and furnace were both 25-30 years old and had long-since stopped working, I've no doubt. This was a recent purchase, and the inspection pointed this out, so we knew they both had to be replaced. Good Guys was a second opinion, and I'm glad I got one. My wife and I had already purchased an AC condenser unit on Amazon, and we weren't interested in going through the returns process on such a large, heavy item, especially since we're out of town. Brian gave me the option to install what we bought, though there would be no warranty, since it's an abnormal situation. We also had a new furnace installed. Unfortunately, things weren't installed correctly, and the AC was only blowing cold air in the bedroom hallway, but not in any of the rooms. I was really upset, as I thought that was an amateurish job by someone who should be a professional. I called and complained - and I'm a little embarrassed by my poor attitude, but I was definitely frustrated - and Brian came back out to fix it. No charge. He also upgraded the furnace. Then finally, there was an issue with another part, which he came back out to take care of. It was a complicated issue, and wasn't without problems, but I'm impressed by their communication and willingness to work with us and most importantly, to make things right - at least, in my judgment. read more

My air conditioner stopped working in mid June. I called Good guys and they had Matt out here that same afternoon. He was very friendly and professional. Explained everything as he went as well as offered recommendations on how to prolong the life of my air conditioner. He was able to fix the problem and get my air conditioner running better than before. I highly recommend Good Guys and especially Matt! Will definitely use them again read more

Brian came out to check on our furnace because it wasn't keeping up with the cold. He was really friendly and chatted with me about what he was seeing as he worked. He was honest and told me that my furnace is in great shape and checked my thermostat configuration to show me how to help it run efficiently and keep the house warm. We'll absolutely be using him again when we need HVAC work done. read more

Our A/C stopped working after a power outage and found Good Guys through a search..I'm always wary of repairmen since I've been ripped off a good number of times. That was definitely not the experience I received with Good Guys! I received communication from Joe within an hour of scheduling online, and he even arrived a bit earlier than expected. Turns out we had a minor fix, so thankfully no replacement this time. I'm even more thankful that Joe was very honest about the future of our 20+ year old unit. When our A/C finally puts out, I will definitely be requesting services from this place again. read more

Terrible scheduling problems I've asked for service on the December 27 2022 it's now January 15th 2023 and still haven't got my hvac system fixed. They over pice parts and lie about how long the tech has been working there read more

I can't say enough about these guys! I called another big company for a summer AC tune up. I didn't know it, but my AC was not working, and the tech told me I needed a new unit to the tune of $12K. On a friends recommendation, I call The Good Guys. Tyler read the notes from the first guy and knew immediately what to check. He found a problem the first guy missed. $412 and 2 hours later my AC was cranking out cool air. Fast forward two weeks and my AC was not working again. I called Tyler again who showed up that very morning despite the fact it was the hottest day of the year and they had to be busy, busy. He discovered that the crew doing siding in the neighborhood had unplugged my unit so he plugged it in, changed my filter and was gone in 10 minutes, at NO CHARGE. I've been telling everyone I know - for HVAC, add The Good Guys to your call list. read more

Good response on my ac problem, professional service, options and good pricing. Highly recommend Good Guys read more

Had Good Guys come in for a tune-up today. I used their online deal - so it was 49.99. Mark H. was extremely thorough and personable. He was on time and called before he was coming. It wasn't uncomfortable having him in my home at all. (Usually it's a bit awkward to have servicemen in the home when I'm here alone.) He took his time and really checked everything over. He explained to me in detail what I can expect for the future of my system and gave me some reasonable price points for when it comes time to replace or repair. I feel much better about preparing for any future needs. I will definitely use this company again! Thanks for being so friendly and providing excellent service! read more

I have died and gone to hvac heaven. I thought I was being smart to instal a programmable thermostat for my rental property. Instead, I blew a fuse on a Sunday and suddenly had no heat. I called good guys and they offered to walk me through it or come out to fix. I opted for the fix, so within an hour on a Sunday night my problem was fixed. I cannot begin to tell you how much pressure that relieved, not having to worry about my heat in this cold! Price was waaaaaaaay reasonable too. I cannot scream this loud enough, these guys really are the good guys! If you need hvac work, don't even hesitate. Thank you!!! read more

I reached out to this company based off of the positive reviews I saw on Yelp and I was very satisfied with the outcome. The team was very quick to respond to my request and had same day/next day availability. Ryan helped us out and was very friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. He went through each room and spent time explaining every bit of information. He laid out our options for fixing our heating issue and was very kind and patient. I cannot express how happy and thankful I was with choosing to do business with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/heating services in the area. read more

Our A/C outdoor condenser fan failed on a hot Saturday afternoon. Tried calling several big HVAC firms in the area--calls not answered, went to voicemail (no callback) or told me they couldn't get a tech out to my house for 9 days. Then I searched online reviews and found Good Guys (you won't find them by a TV commercial, in the Yellow Pages or on a ValPak coupon--only online). Requested emergency (same day) service through their website. Their business model is much like Uber or Lyft--a nearby tech is notified of the call and can choose to respond. Our tech Eric responded and arrived within a couple of hours (and brought a young female apprentice with him; nice to see women getting opportunities in the HVAC field). He had our A/C fixed within 20 minutes (bad capacitor, very common problem). He also checked temperatures and pressures and hosed the unit off for us, no extra charge. Total was about $264 including $99 for the same-day service call. Overall, very pleased with their service and would use them again. Only downside was the outrageous markup on the capacitor (a $15-$20 part available online), but I think all HVAC providers are guilty of that. It was worth it to find and try out the Good Guys! read more

It was a really hot week and so repairmen we're in short supply. Tom however answered me right away and was able to come by soon. We had to have a new system but that was not surprising as mine was 16 yo. Nevertheless Tom offered to just do a repair and didn't try to convince me to buy a whole new system. New system was installed the next business day and all went very well. I'm very grateful read more

Found Good Guys through the app Next Door....Ryan called me within minutes after I posted.....we have a small hvac unit for our sun room that there was a recall on a part. Amana sent some repair guy out that showed up 1 1/2 hours late, worked on it for 2 hours and it hadn't worked at all after that.....after 3 months dealing with Amana that told me to find a repair man to fix it and invoice them....so I found Good Guys and they were very professional and punctual....we now have a working Hvac unit....thank you Tyler read more

Was very happy with Good Guys! They live up to their name. I requested a quote via yelp and heard back within minutes. It's the weekend before Christmas and they found a way to get to my house within a few hours of my message and I wasn't charged an additional fee or anything!!! Our technician, Mark, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We strongly recommend using Good Guys! read more

Good guys came out and got our air conditioner all tuned up and ready for summer. They always do good work.

Me and my fiancé purchased our first home a little over a month ago and unfortunately our A/C stopped working 2 days ago with the temperature getting up into the 90s we needed it fixed fast. Saw Good Guys had great reviews and good pricing plus they had a $30 off promo so I decided to go with them and it was a great decision! Ryan was our technician he was very nice and professional, made sure I knew all my options and even arrived earlier than scheduled! Look forward to using Good Guys again in the future when we replace our A/C unit!!! read more

I found myself without air conditioning during the recent heatwave. After calling many local heating and air conditioning repair places I was taken aback by how quickly Johnnie at Good Guys responded to my need for AC. He came when he said, did not charge me for same day service and did fast and cost effective work. I will hopefully not have to call for a repair for a while but in the event this is the only place I will call. read more

Needed a tune-up after taking a year off from maintenance due to the whole "buy a contract" pressure from everyone I talked to. Good Guys ARE THE GOOD GUYS! Easy to book an appointment online, they came on time, were personable, did great work, with no mess or fuss. I highly recommend Good Guys, they are now my "go to" HVAC company and should be yours, too! read more

Absolutely amazing service at very reasonable price! Ryan came out and replaced both motors in our furnace. He was thorough in explaining our issue and what we needed prior to doing the work. Response time was quick and his main concern was ensuring we did not go the weekend without heat! Professional, caring, and honest hvac service. Would use again in a heartbeat! Thank you Ryan and Good Guys for excellent customer service! read more

Last winter on the coldest day of the year, our furnace quit. We called Good Guys and they were out within the hour. I am thrilled with Good Guys! Johnnie saved me from a lying company wanting to sell me a new furnace. I believe Good Guys represents a new paradigm in HVAC companies - technician owned. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company! read more

I booked Good Guys through the yelp app. They responded that they could put me on the will call list for the next day and still only charge me the $59 service call even though it was a Sunday. 10 minutes later, Eric called me to say he was already in the area and could come over. He was straight up honest and fair. He did not try to upsell me and didn't mind that I stood around to 'help'. The price was lower than previous experiences I had with Homesense. I will recommend Good Guys any chance I get. read more
