I watched a dear friend go through a horrific experience with Dr. Summers at North Oaks. She underwent three surgeries in about two weeks. Her symptoms are worse now than they were before the lumbar surgeries. Dr. Summers has a terrible bedside manner. She refused to answer any questions and ignored my friend's complaints of pain discharging her before she could listen to and treat her. Rumor has it that she is an excellent cervical spine surgeon. It has been over three months since my friend's surgeries and she is in bad shape. In the office, Dr. Summers doesn't address the patient's concerns. She assumes everything is going well and ignores the problems. read more

You just lost a patient for this policy & i am pretty sure he isn't the only one.
