Both times I've come, she greets me with, "Have you been here before. License and insurance!" But the next person that comes, she says, "Hi. Can I help you?" I was told by the nurse over the weekend to come back Monday for labs and tell the front this when I came, which I was explaining. She says, "I don't care what they want. License!" Why put these kinds of people as the face of your business? Absolutely nauseating to see her pick and choose who to be kind to.

The gentleman who did my intake was thorough. I saw the Dr. for about 5 mins, but he listened to me, provided feedback and could tell I was in discomfort and went over his plan of care with me. Nurse Haley I believe her name was, made me feel comfortable considering I needed a shot in my behind and checked on me. When I tell you I could have cried from relief after the experience I had with this team! I came in at a pain of 7 walking like a robot and left at a 5 feeling comfortable. The nurse was sweet but she ask me lots of questions while measuring my blood pressure. I've learned that you need to be still when measuring BP. The PA was caring and sweet. I had a great experience getting a bilateral salpingectomy with Dr. Davis. This is a surgery that…read moresome doctors refuse to provide due to their personal opinions about women and pregnancy. Thankfully Dr. Davis is a professional who respects bodily autonomy. I am terrified of needles, and the amazing nurses and care team at Woman's made my experience one of the smoothest I've ever had. The technicians were kind, explained everything to me, and made sure I felt cared for. I am almost a week post-op and even though I am generally very sensitive and my health is poor, I am recovering unusually fast and have very little pain. I can only think to attribute this to the expertise of the surgeon. When I do have pain, I don't feel like I need to ration my medication, because they gave me all that I needed and didn't skimp. My only issue was that I need valium or xanax for anxiety and I was told I couldn't take it before the procedure due to consent forms. I learned that other patients were allowed to take theirs and it just depends on who the doctor and hospital staff are that I speak to before my surgery. Anxiety medicine doesn't nullify contracts or affect the outcome of pregnancy tests, so there is no reason I had to wait all morning without it until right before my procedure. Other than this issue, I had a very positive experience overall.
