There's definitely something for just about everyone here, including a MASSIVE public pool for the summer months, beautiful trails, multiple playgrounds, picnic areas, scenic waterways, ball fields, and even a lovely covered bridge. You'll need much more than one day to see everything, but I was able to see a good bit of this wonderful community park, including hiking most of the VERY user-friendly Benjamin Trail, ending at the covered bridge (I think the trail continues, but I stopped/returned at that point) and driving around the perimeter of the park to see several other trail heads. There was a pretty good number of people here the day I visited, but it never felt overcrowded. Life's ups and downs have led me to do some serious "exploring," in every sense of the word, up to and including some of the lesser-known parks in the area. Tawawa was a WONDERFUL discovery, and I hope to return SOON!! CHECK IT OUT!!!!!

I expected and received a phone call on the first day. I discussed with the counselor what coping skills worked best with her. On the fourth day of camp, I received a call saying that she has attempted to assault a counselor. I rushed in to discover that she had been crying, wanting to come home and had just been told "no. You have to participate with the rest of the kids." I was told by the counselor that she had been wheezing all day, and vomiting. When she went to hug the counselor (counselor told me herself that she opened her arms to invite her in for a hug) for some comfort, she was mouth breathing at this time as nothing was done about her asthma even with an air quality alert. They accused her of attempting to bite and refused to allow her to finish the last day of camp. There are 3 times they should have called me before this moment, 2 of which were medical emergencies and could have resulted in hospital visits. I made the mistake of thinking that because they call themselves "Christian based" that my seven year old would be treated with love and kept safe. Instead she was out into a dangerous situation and then criticized and accused of things she never did.

At check-in, your employee asked if our three children would be playing, and we answered accordingly. Later, I briefly entered only to help my baby out of the play area. As I was leaving, the same employee approached me and insisted that I pay. When I explained that I had only gone in to get my baby and was leaving immediately, he rolled his eyes at me and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I was shocked to later learn that this individual was the manager. There is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect, especially families with young children. A manager should set the standard for professionalism, not create an uncomfortable and hostile experience. This interaction left a very negative impression of your business and was an unfortunate part of our vacation. We have been here before and this is definitely not how our first experience went

We paid for two - 2 hour passes and they only wrote one hour on each of our kids' time stickers…read more Talked to the staff about this and was notified that this happens all of the time and that they would give us an extra five minutes on top of the hour the stickers showed. I told them again that we paid for two hours. The guy working didn't believe me. I told him I either wanted a refund for the extra hour we paid for or we wanted the time corrected on the stickers. He gave me two free 1 hour passes. Aside from that, this place is set up terribly and poses an extreme safety risk. Over 2/3 of the bouncy area is accessible from only one side and you cannot see your kids if they are far in the back. This is in direct contrast with the Piqua location where you can actually walk around the whole place and see and be near your kids should they get hurt or need you. This place either needs reconfigured or shut down. This place is a liability and an is waiting for an accident to happen.
