This rental shop has their process down for sure and will get you out on the water for the time you signed up for ! Have to go over a checklist of safety and precautionary things of course but that's understandable. We had their Cadillac Barletta pontoon and it was sweet and new .....people couldn't believe it was a rental ! I compared other rental spots and Summertime was competitive as any up there and had much nicer boats from what i could see. We will rent from them again next season when we all come to visit ! We rented a 21' quad lounger for Friday afternoon. The pontoon boat was great. The staff was excellent, they explained everything very well and answered any questions or concerns that we had. The boat was great and my family had a great time, however, I thought the cost of all the "extras" on top of the cost of the rental was a little extreme. We've rented boats in the past at different locations and the cost of gas and life vests were included in rental cost. Even though we had a great time we probably wouldn't do it again. Summertime Rentals is the place you want to rent a pontoon boat from. Their communication and customer service was second to none! Pricing was very competitive. Sara was very informative/educational during the quoting process. Once we signed a contract, we received text and email confirmations and reminders as our rental dates came closer. The boat was superb! it looked like a brand new boat and it was a 2016. They provide an orientation on the boat and cover EVERYTHING, including tips on areas to avoid, caution areas and if you ask will give their favorites of places to eat. We saw boats from other rental places and it was night and day as to the quality of Summertime's equipment, we felt like we were in a luxury pontoon boat vs visually worn, everyday rental equipment! Live Summertime!!! one other thing: we originally rented a 22' but a day later Sara called to say they mistakenly double booked that boat. the only other boat available was a 26', which they gave to us at the same price as the 22'!
