I would like to start off by saying I HATE dealerships so believe when I say I'm still surprised I had such a pleasant experience here. As a woman it can be so difficult purchasing a vehicle, not once did I feel disrespected or talked down to when speaking with Nik. I perused at least 7-10 different places and even one more after leaving here and trust when I say you are in great hands when purchasing a vehicle from Jack Kain Ford. Nikolaus Venn is the absolute best car salesman I have encountered! I've lived in several other states and car buying is on my list of worst tasks, but Nik made it look effortless. He was generous on my trade in offer(always a plus) the vehicle itself was in IMMACULATE, pristine condition, and the safest one on the market. No issues other than needing an oil change (simple fix) I lost track of how many hoopties and lemons I had to look at from other dealers before I settled on this particular dealership+vehicle! If I had not been stubborn, set on checking out another vehicle, I could have left with my vehicle that day. Nik submitted everything over night and I was able to pick my vehicle up the next morning and Nik had it cleaned one more time! Max assisted me with the closing process and I was out in less than 15min and still made it in earlier than I expected to work. I can't think of a single negative experience and I will be more than glad to come buy a shiny new ST and truck from here and only here when I'm ready!
