Update 1/6/26: Still waiting to get my car back since…read more11/18/25. I tried everything to get a manager to call me with no success. Being paying the car payments on top of the car rental. They claimed that in almost 2 months with the car they can't find the problem. Losing so much money with this car rental that this is worst than horrible. I'll no choice but to spend more money and hire an attorney. Stay away everything is good till you need them. Horrible experience so far. My son and I bought a used 2020 Explorer platinum from this dealership. We decided to do it because it was a reputable place and they got the buy the promise policy. Saw it on line and bought. We live about 3 hours away. When you turn on the explorer a check lamp system light came on and then turned off. 30 minutes out and the headlights shut off. We had to drive home over 2hrs with no headlights. Called the salesman and told him and said that they were going to fix it. Made the appointment and the gave me a f150 as loaner. Called 2 hrs later said it was fix. Picked it up and 2 hrs into the trip warning light came back on and again no headlights. Called, texted and I got ghosted. 4 week ago after trying get a manager finally a lady from service setup another appointment. I went and when the salesman saw me turned white and asked what I was doing there. I explained left the explorer and left this time with no loaner. 4 weeks later they still got my car, Called service department and no one knew where the vehicle was. After a few phone I calls a service lady Rebecca got with salesman because she couldn't figure out which service department had it. No answer still, they still got the vehicle. I have done 2 car payment but with no car. No manager yet cared to call. Stay away from this dealership

Son made his choice and when we visited a third time, Wan was not there so we worked with Yasser. Positives for Yasser were after the sale, he was very good with paperwork, he spent 45 minutes with my son afterwards helping him to learn and figure out all the features of the vehicle. He followed up with my son to see how he was doing once he drove the vehicle off the lot which was great. Negative for Yasser was when we were talking numbers and trying to see if they would come down on the asking price, Yasser laughed in my face. This was unprofessional and very disrespectful. The only reason I did not get up and walk out was that this was my son's money, my son's purchase, and my son's decision. I would have no problem buying another vehicle from Paul Miller, I would just use a different sales representative.

Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls. - I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction. Those are a couple examples of my experience with this dealership. I'd say save the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere else. But be careful, this guy runs multiple lots in the area.

Also 2007, not long after the purchase I hit a deer and took it to Green's garage to be fixed. Another great experience and one that turned me into a lifelong Toyota customer. I won't even consider another brand. Second: 2025: Brakes. After 18 long years of not needing brakes, it was time to utilize Green's garage again. Because of the timespan and not knowing how much of the brake system would need replacing, I didn't want to take my luck taking it to some random garage so I went back to Green's for the work. Some of the parts took an extra day to arrive but not a big deal at all. I had already planned for the few days of repair work wait. They also noticed there were 4 recalls on my car so they took care of those(free of charge). Work completion: The car is like new! No issues at all. Third: 2025: During the brakes incident, I didn't plan to buy a new car anytime soon because I was going to stick with my 2007 until the wheels fell off. For the better part of a year, I had been keeping my eyes peeled for a specific model that I had drove during my Montana trip in 2021. During the brakes incident, I checked Green's certified inventory... and there it was! The exact 2022 model that I drove on that trip! It must be a sign, right? The day I saw the car, I reached out to them to see if it was available, drove down to Lexington, took it for a test drive, got financed, and left with the new car. AGAIN! From the online interaction to the salesman to the loan officer, A+++++ on all accounts. It just further reinforced being a lifelong Toyota customer. Even being in Louisville where we have Toyota dealerships, I'll go well out of my way to do business with Green's in Lexington. My insurance requires a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) to be done prior to insuring it. Well.....I had it done and the car was a POS. Tires were mismatched and worn, then Ron dropped off "new tires" (have text from Rod) they were also mismatched and worn, the inspection found severe damage under the entire car (front to back), and there was 7 check engine light warnings as well. Needless to say I did not buy the car and would WARN anyone from buy this i8 from them.
