They delivered the porta potty to our home. The girl was nice. She did a good job wiping it down for my event.

The portable toilet says Summit City Rental on sign attached to unit, however the company that delivers it is ZTERS. I called the number from sign and owner yelled and argued with me. She says they pump them out and I have literally watched them be switched them out every month. It was left in the middle of a drive path. I called number on side of portable toilet instead of calling vendor from CC. When I called ZTERS they are handling it now. read more

Video showed beautiful flushable toilet. Ours was filled with spider webs, bugs, dirt, and stains inside and out. Told them I would clean it myself for a discount. They tell me "No, we will make it right." So I was expecting a nice clean toilet exchanged for yucky one. Instead, they came while I was gone, removed thw toilet and refunded my money. THE DAY BEFORE MY EVENT! Then told me they had no other toilets available. Didn't ask or give me any other options. And I was polite and nonconfrontational when I first called to complain about the dirty toilet. But even if someone calls and isn't nice you don't treat them like this!! $400 one day rental should be pristine! Ended up getting another toilet at TAYLOR RENTAL for half the price and it was beautiful!! read more

I just got done speaking to Eric via email and was treated like absolute garbage. Everything started off ok and I was sent an invoice for rental of flatware quickly. The pricing was reasonable but seemed to fluctuate between different websites? I assume one was maybe for local pickup vs having it delivered but I did not quite understand so I inquired.I inquired a bit more about how the shipping and returns worked our emails were swift/quick and to the point. My last email I inquired about a different type of flatware that caught my eye before making my final decision . He advised it was much more expensive which was fine I said I would stick with the gold as the other option was way out of my budget. To which I was quite literally dismissed by Eric telling me he would "pass on doing business with me" and "to have a nice day." I attempted to write back apologizing (not quite sure why I needed to) but I did just in the event I had asked to many questions or insulted his company in anyway and he wrote nothing back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING AND HAVING THEM SHIP ITEMS TO YOU!!! ANYONE WHO REACTS LIKE THAT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR EVENT/SPECIAL DAY. Event: after prom Rental: Velcro wall inflatable Staff were friendly and courteous. We drove an hour to pick up the velcro wall. When we blew if up and tested it before our event, it did not work well. The bounce surface was too soft to get any kind of height in your jump. We discovered a leak. I immediately called Summit. His first response was to defend himself and his product rather than try to offer us a solution. He never did offer any assistance or advice. We decide to patch the leak and try to make the best of it. The inflatable was older and the suits were not in great shape. As a result, it did not get used much by the students (after prom event). When I delivered it back, I mentioned the issues to the man unloading it. He was only an employee he said and couldn't help me. When I got home, I called the owner and explained all the above. He did not admit any fault or offer any kind of compensation. Instead he explained that this inflatable should not be expected to enable people to jump high into the Velcro wall surface, rather we should have expected only 1 foot high jumps to be possible. I am not certain that a single student managed to get even that high with their jumps.. I did not request a refund - the product only cost about $170 - however, I would like to be sure that no one else rents this particular item from them. Do not use. I had wanted to rent some stuff for my wedding. I had rented Friday through Sunday. I called early in the week to ask if possible a certain time for drop off since their window is so large. Eric said he would check and get back to me, which he never did. He then calls me on Thursday, to say he can drop off, I was a little confused so I asked if it would cost me extra as this was an extra day and he said it wouldn't be so I accepted the drop off. Once I got home and saw the tent, I noticed that the lights were party lights, when I had wanted twinkle light, as shown on their website. I called to ask about this and Eric said that's all they had, I explained to him the only reason I rent from them was due to the lights, and they were one of the more pricey rentals in town. He then proceeds to start screaming at me and saying all I have done is yell and scream at him, when not one time during our conversations had I ever. After looking at some others reviews I have noticed that if you are a woman and you do anything he doesn't like he will yell, and become a complete jerk!
