Yes, I gave him a second chance, after I pulled up the first dangerous job he did; putting down a floor. Now I have holes in the sides of my house, just to find out he wasn't insured until he knew I was mad and wanted to file a claim on the damage to my house! If you take money, and dont provide the work you were paid to do, I call that stealing. I want the money for my supplies that were wasted, and the money I paid to him, and I want my siding repaired, but he hasn't given me the money, so I consider him a dishonest thief! No, I won't let him come do the work for what I've paid. He's had 2 chances and it keeps getting worse! He doesn't know what he's doing, and I'm not willing to let him learn using my house for practice.
