Then I recalled a similar incident occurred to me trying to cash a check from my sister, she was local too and banked with them So I tried to cash boyfriends check, and teller says I had to Go Inside, pay $6, and a couple other stipulations. Might have been interrogation under bright lights. Ha. I was Not Amused, and will never go to Associated for any reason.

She was told it would take 2-3 additional weeks. When she went to collect her tax forms, she learned they only accept cash or check payment. She suggested they post a sign about this and the owner told her customers need to be inquisitive!! The place also smelled of musty dogs. I am an animal lover and dog owner and I wouldn't even allow my own dogs inside this place! Shop around folks, there are plenty of quality tax preparation companies around, but this isn't one of them!!

I was told what my rates would be when I transferred my business's to their tax preparation services and those rates were not honored. They waited until the last minute to have my taxes and filed them late. As such I was fined an additional $420 per return on top of the already inflated preparation charges. They accepted no responsibility for them filing my returns late. Because I didn't drive to their office within 24 hours of them having my returns ready then it is my fault that they weren't filed on time even though they had everything they needed for 8 months they expected me to be ready to overpay and review my returns on a days notice. I was also not informed that if I didn't do this then my returns would not be filed on time. When I got the first notice from the IRS Grey Wolf told me not to worry about it it happens all the time we'll take care of it. Then when I got the second notice from the IRS Grey Wolf told me that it was my fault. Their incompetence cost me over $2500 in fines from the IRS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
