It was a very easy process and looks great. I would say it's not a bargain (only slightly less than the competition) but looks fabulous and was a very easy process. You get what you pay for and I think we got a great looking carpet at a fair price with minimal hassle.

Then when cleaning the heating ducts below the registers I saw all the debris from the LVP install. The installers had swept all the debris from cutting the planks into the ducts instead of properly disposing. Now there are unhealthy particles circulating throughout the house. Sloppy job that resulted in a hazardous situation.

Finally found one I thought would work (it did) and these guys were great. The order came in much quicker than I thought it would and they were able to schedule the work quickly too. The three installers were nice and fast, and clean and professional, and the job ended up costing less than the estimate because some possible work didn't have to be done (floor prep and such.) I'm just now getting around to writing the review as the disgust has mounted over seeing every day the "wavey" carpet in the Master Bedroom, in addition, the unacceptable way they proposed to handle the matter. Within a year and a half of the carpet being installed the carpet began to develop significant 2"- 3" high waves or rolls every 8'-10'. Cleary a very poor install job in the Master as the other rooms have no problems. After calling them out to see it, their solution was to re-stretch they're poor installation in the Master Bedroom for $800!! When I challenged them, the response was quite nonchalant stating "that's what it costs" which is unfortunate because I really like the carpet. BUT, they didn't stand behind their work. When it comes to eventually recarpeting and reinstalling our wood flooring I won't be calling All Flooring Design.

Our bad experience was much like that of another reviewer. The product is fine, but the…read moreinstallation process and follow-up service was not. Many boards were cut too short leaving multiple gaps. When we finally got someone back out to address the problem (which took many, many unanswered calls), they fixed some (not all) and billed us to fix their glaring installation mistakes. We will never use them again.
