Stayed at the BW and wandered down to the Summit Grill located in the Hotel. Expectations were not high as we were tired after a long drive but what a nice surprise. After a warm greeting from Samantha, we were seated at a quiet table by a window.
Started with the broccoli soup - Yum. Totally tasted like it was from mom's kitchen.
My partner had the Char and other than a comment on the fish potato ratio, she thoroughly enjoyed it.
I had the Louie Special. Ribs and wings. I selected hot wings with blue cheese dip. It came with coleslaw and cornbread. While the ribs were only slightly dry for my preference they were very tasty same with the cornbread. Loved the coleslaw (tart-not sweet. The way I like it). The hot wings were exceptional. Meaty, juicy and just hot enough!!
Our server (Samantha) really topped off the experience. She was so friendly and engaging
