THEN the lady behind me, the cashier was very pleasant too. I think that qualifies as being rude and judging someone without knowing them? I think so. WEIRDO. Third complaint -- The green onions were rancid! The color did look off, and I tasted them -- disgusting! I can't stand this store. It's a waste of a beautiful store because the workers here are obviously incompetent. They can't get rid of groceries that are bad. No one here likes to work. This is the worst Whole Foods in the state of New Jersey. Gross!

We just placed our 3rd order, but the system leaves the customer in the dark and the service reps are not sympathetic. When I shop I want to know what I am paying per product, how similar products compare, and what my options are? Their method for ordering is to read item names (without weights, volume, size, or quantity) off a spreadsheet and check boxes. The sales rep seems to do all sorts of calculations in his head and then tells you when you've selected your total. This is a ridiculous concept. I asked for the information to be written down for me, and for his math to be explained. I even offered to make my own spreadsheet to help myself with information that he gave... he refused and told me it's company policy not to give that information out. I have contacted the company numerous times, and we still get the same experience. If you can deal with unhelpful people and stay sane, then deal with this company. I am not a happy customer, because I want to be an informed customer and that seems impossible with Greater Living Foods.
