It was needed due to sedative medication, so I was instructed not to drive myself. I am provided transportation thru insurance exactly for that reason but she couldn't be bothered and that was distressing and diminishing. She barked at me dismissively to, "get a friend or neighbor to drive you!". Problem was I had recently moved to Palmer and my appointment was at 7 am! Who wants to have a friend skip work, get up at 4 or 5 am, drive from anchorage to sit and wait for me to have a crown put on? Other than her obstinate rude attitude, everything else was top notch and the new clinic is beautiful! Packed with impressive technology like a machine that makes your crown in minutes! Dr. Mann has a beautiful heart and skilled hand and never hurt me once! I do think he should not rely on such a cold hearted woman to run his business though, no telling how many patients she has run off. She is the sole reason I couldn't give him the five stars he deserves, but I'm honest to a fault! Hopefully you won't have to deal with her and the rest of the front office staff are wonderfully warm, helpful, attentive and very easy to deal with. Please other military families and veterans like myself know they are NOT network before you get a bill and are just told sorry, we can offer you a payment plan though.
