Within 15 miles the check engine light came on, The turbo blew within 4 months of having the car, next went the timing chain and last but not least THE MOTOR! Car didn't have over 110,000 miles on it either! I tried getting the car into the shop when the turbo went while I still had a warranty and he made sure to act like it was my fault! and made it to where I couldn't get into his personal shop until my warranty was up! what a coincidence! Not at all! This man knew I had four small children all under the age of 7 and this man sat and talked to me through the buying process all about my children then puts me in a total lemon! Completely heartless! I would give zero stars if I could! also will be checking with my lawyer about what we can do! I wouldn't buy another vehicle from him if it was the only shop to buy from! Also when I put my down payment down he was supposed to pay off my older vehicle and it took him 8 months to pay the 6k towards my other car! I put 10k down total, 4K towards to junk car he sold me and it had hit my credit and all! I can prove the fact he did not pay off my other car for 8 months and that was not the agreement! He was supposed to pay that immediatel! I know I can do something court wise and that is my next step!

Victor was straight forward about the car... shared car fax and was willing to let me test drive it even though it was late in the day. The car was excellent for the years and miles. I called back to ask for the out the door price and was pleasantly surprised that he didn't jack up the cost to bleed me. So my experience in buying the car was painless (good deal/ good dealer)... but here is the 'extra' part not expected. In passing conversation I shared that I'm purchasing his civic to replace my old Civic because of engine problems ...he offered to buy my bad civic, and reduce my out of pocket. It saved me a trip to the junkyard. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Go here... he has great (really nice/Sharp) used cars. For the price point... you will not lose. What honestly can I say about these people at Feldman Hyundai? Nothing I could type would give them…read morethe justice they deserve for putting my confidence back in humanity. They bring big time deals in an atmosphere that screams family/friend owned. A little history: I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from a dealership elsewhere and quickly found out the previous owner ran her pretty hard. After a lot of engine jargon and frustration on my end and I'm sure theirs, I discovered I needed over a $10,000+ repair. I'll be honest I did not handle myself well because apparently the 100k/10 year warranty is for the first owner so I thought I was boned. The people at Hyundai went to bat for me to corporate and decided to stand behind their product and essentially replaced the engine at no cost to me. After this was done I had no problems with the car and don't own it simply because I let my dumbass brother borrow it and he totaled it. It feels nice to see a company stand behind their products and be truly proud of what they are doing. I feel so strongly about this that I recently brought my mother in to help her get a new car. After what I can only describe as a disastrously unprofessional experience she had at Brighton Ford she was in a state of car buying PTSD. I cannot blame her and don't like dwelling on negative energies, but you can see my review of them on my account I'm sure. She ended up Escaping her Ford Escape and landed in a brand new Sonata Hybrid Limited. She absolutely loves it BUT it is nice to know that she COULD return it if she wanted to within a reasonable time frame if she changed her mind. Nice to know I can trust a company to have my mom's back in a world known for its money hungry greed and slimy sales deals. I won't even have to go in with her when she can't get her USB working somehow for some reason only old people could do. Edit: I want to thank everyone past and present at the Hyundai Feldman who helped me out with my vehicle, and especially a shout out to Brandon who went above and beyond for my mother on this most recent purchase.
