I had an outstanding experience at Imperial Car Wash on Elizabeth Lake Rd, 11/24/2025, and I can confidently say they earned every bit of this 5-star review! I brought in my Expedition XL, and the team went above and beyond to make sure it was spotless, shiny, and looking brand new from top to bottom! Their attention to detail was incredible and their dedication truly set this visit apart - it was my first time there. They cleaned out every cup holder and anywhere that trash could be stuffed. My dashboard was dust-free and the inside of my windows were spotless. What impressed me the most was that cleaning the trunk isn't even part of the service--but mine was full of dog hair, and they took it upon themselves to clean it anyway. They absolutely didn't have to do that, but they did, and it made a world of difference. That kind of customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated! Poorest job ever on detailing cleaning inside car. Spent lass than 20 minutes on it. I was foolish enough to drive away without looking it over. This place has gone downhill after the new ownership. I booked the silver package which was supposed to be a 3 hour detail however the associate told me because they were not busy it would be done sooner. I should've known that was an issue because a 3 hour detail shouldn't take less than an hour. When I picked my truck up, the mats were in the trunk still damp but it was no problem because I was going to leave them out for a few hours due to the floor being shampooed. Once home, I noticed the vehicle had not been thoroughly vacuumed and there was still crumbs and debris in the car. As the mats dried, you could see they were still dirty and had not been cleaned. I've used this business in the past and had a great experience, however this was a terrible experience. I spoke to a few other friends who I know also use this business and they also mentioned that they stopped going due to poor interior details. read more

Drove through and cloth strips are so ripped they wrapped around & snapped my permanent Chrysler antenna off of my hood. Asked the workers if they could retrieve it however the man I spoke to didnt understand or speak English Called repeatedly no one answered phone finally just went to dealership and decided not to go there again. read more

I have an interior and exterior membership at another car wash and have no complaints. However I was out this way and had some time to spare for I paid for a one time wash for the interior and exterior. I must say I was thoroughly surprised. They did a phenomenal job. Again, I have no complaints with my other membership however they nearly detailed the car instead a quick interior clean out. Loved the car wash. Wish they had more locations so I could join their membership! read more

Took my 2007 BMW Imperial car wash for an interior and exterior cleaner the price was typical but the quality of the cleaning and the wash was amazing . I recently bought a new truck and have been meticulous about keeping it clean. I have now used imperial three times and noticed scratches and chips in the paint after every wash at Imperial. The first two times it happened I figured it was probably me not paying attention prior to the wash and wrote it off as possibly something that happened while driving. Before taking my truck in for the 3rd wash, I walked around my truck to look for any new signs of paint damage. There was nothing new before I took it to the wash. After driving through Imperial, I took my truck home to wax it and found a large gouge in the rear bumper and scratches on the tail light and paint around the tail light. What troubles me the most is that the rear bumper is not plastic, it's metal, so it's not easily scratched, gouged, or dented. It's not worth it to me to try to argue with anyone about who or what caused it, so I'll just refrain from going back. read more

I have been going to this car wash for 20 years. They do a great job. At least one of the owners is there. There are many employees who have worked there since I started taking my cars there. They are all very nice. The owner fixed a scratch on my car once and told me it would be $20. When the time came to pay he wouldn't take my money so I put it in the tip jar read more

UPDATED REVIEW: Do NOT bring your car here. I repeat: do NOT. The paint was scratched on both of my vehicles. Don't risk it!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Friendly staff, cheap prices, and a confusing layout with no directional signage. It was only $4 for an exterior wash. I had one floor mat that badly needed shampooed, and happily they were willing to do an a la carte option and only charge me for the one mat. Their property could use some more arrows, since the car was and interior cleaning area are separate. read more

So we took our vehicle to imperial car wash on Elizabeth lake road to get detailed. So when we get there we have to wash the car first really whatever so we did it cost twenty dollars to get both done, so they cleaned the car we tipped them very well and then realized the next day my guardian angel was missing really how low can someone really be so i warn anyone considering them to beware they have thief's working there they stole from us after we paid for our service and topped accordingly very disappointed been going there for years but that was the last time. Accidentally asked for the $20 wash then thought "ah, my car needs it, whatever" NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! I went through the wash twice and still had stuff all over my car. The tire and towel guy sprayed (a empty bottle) of tire shine on 2 of my tires until he ran out then never got more. Total waste of money. Will never go back. read more

We dropped off our vehicle to be detailed and the stains on the seats taken care of and four hours later we returned and it looked like it hadn't been touched! The manager acted like it was a good job but it still had crumbs on floor and dirt in cup holders! This auto wash used to be really good but since they raised their prices they have gone down hill. I went yesterday and asked for the works and after having the wash shut down while I was in the middle of it I went through to have my car cleaned. There were 3 people working on my car and for five full minutes 2 of them stood outside my car and fooled around. When I finally got home at the end of the day I looked and they did not even clean my third roll seating area or floor. They did not wipe off any seats in the back at all. I tried to call today to talk to a manager about this situation and he couldn't be bothered with me and told me to call back in 10 minutes then when I did nobody answered the phone. After many years of going to Imperial Auto Wash I will not be returning I will go to Jax. 8/1/17. read more
