When I make an appointment, I'm on time…read more There can be times just like any other doctor's office there the wait is a tad bit longer than anyone would like, but the nurses and the nurse practitioner are always pleasant to deal with and speak to...  I started coming here when one doctor misdiagnosed me with something that I didn't have by mixing my test results with another patients and prescribing me a medication that i didn't need and when I took the medicine it made me so sick... so I then came here with the hopes of having better luck and they've treated me way better than any other ob-gyn. This office is a little bigger than the Dunwoody location but just as nice. I don't come here too often since the other location is closer to my home. The staff here is pretty friendly.. No complaints.

While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. Then we get another bill with a higher amount after receiving confirmation that we owed the first amount. When trying to contact the billing department, you can only leave a voice mail. The email address on the statement is invalid. While their therapists may be wonderful, their billing department lacks in many ways, especially customer service.

Dr. Litrel has taken excellent care of me for almost 10 years now. He was the first GYN doctor in more than 15 years to actually listen to me concerns and my cry for help when I was in chronic pain. Previous doctors continued to state that it was normal to be in so much pain as a woman. He has been so patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout these 10 years. I'm happy God placed in the right place to help and serve others. The office staff is amazing as well. You are given an adequate time for scheduling your appointment. Once you arrive, you are greeted well and taking back almost immediately without having to sit and waste so much of your time.

Courtnay Staab is the worst doc ever! I have been in horrible pain for almost a month because she…read moredidn't do her job. I went to her cause I was having pain and she looked at me but didn't even swab me after I asked her to 3 times..she said she didn't need to swab me and that I was just dry and gave me estrogen cream. The pain was worse than labor! I knew it was not why I was in pain..the next day I called her and she told me to go to the urgent care. I went there and they asked me why my gyno sent me there. that she was supposed to swab me!!! That night I was in excruciating pain and had to go to the ER! They did a swab and said I had Candida Glabrata!!! they gave me cream but it didn't work so after 4 more ER visits my PCP finally did more tests and found out it was Candida and now I have to use boric acid for 2 weeks..im sooo livid..the pain has now spread to my legs and sides all because Courtnay didn't do her job! Stay away from her!!! its been a month of hell..she needs to be fired!!!! Its insane that I had to take a ambulance to the ER cause she didn't listen to me and do her job!!!!! We are appalled that she never bothered to contact my husband regarding the results of his lab test results. Not a call, not a text, NOTHING! At times texts are fine to answer many questions, however when a patient requests a call to speak to the doctor directly, not by text and she never responds, it is unacceptable. Even after speaking directly to the office staff regarding a call back and told two days in a row that the doctor would call us back that NEVER happened. We just got another useless text. If Dr. Amy Schettino does not want to take the time to have a short conversation with a patient on occasion, and will only respond with a text she should not be practicing medicine on patients. We did not receive the medication prescribed in the form that was discussed in her office. She asked how we preferred it administered and confirmed this in a clear discussion at the end of our appointment. We called the office and spoke to an assistant who kept blaming us for not understanding what form of the medication was ordered. We understood EXACTLY what form of medication was discussed. It was not the first time my husband used this medication. Take responsibility for your mistakes! The medication was ordered in a different form than the first time we used it which caused confusion resulting in delayed administration of the medication. This caused my husband to be in pain and severe discomfort longer than necessary. Specific messages were left regarding this issue requesting a phone call from the doctor to discuss it. A call was never received. We also called asking if one part of the lab results were back and were told they would let us know the next day regarding that particular part of the results. We never heard back regarding the result we asked about with a call or a text. We understood there was a different culture that would take several weeks. As stated, we never received a call about any of the results to discuss what further measures should be taken. We went to the portal several weeks later to review the lab results that we were informed would be available after several weeks. Dr. Amy Schettino did not have the decency to get in touch with us regarding the results and to discuss them. This is despicable. What respectable physician ignores their patients lab results and never calls to discuss them. I come from a family of many physicians and if they treated their patients the way Dr. Amy Schettino treated us, they would not have a practice. We had to request the medical records four times in ten days without them being sent to our primary care physician. If you do not have the respect for a patient that needs to speak to you on occasion you should not be practicing medicine. It takes more than some medical knowledge to be a good doctor. It takes communication with your patients in a timely and considerate manner. That means a short conversation on occasion. You are required to follow up on your patients lab results in a reasonable timeframe. We also learned that his symptoms could be other issues that she never addressed in her diagnosis or from his lab results. We requested my husbands records and proceeded with another capable, caring and responsive ENT physician at a different practice. Our new physician discussed in detail with us my husbands results and what was causing his symptoms. Now that I have researched many of your reviews I wish I had read them before we visited your office. We never would have trusted you with his healthcare. The reviews we read are not the only negative feedback we have heard regarding care received by Dr. Amy Schettino.

DO NOT COME HERE. Good god…read more I scheduled an appointment for my husband at 3:30. They requested he come 15 min early to complete paperwork. He arrived at 3:15, turned in paperwork by 3:25. By 4:00 he still has not been called back. By 4:15, he asks someone how much longer it would be until he's seen. They tell him that the doctor is very thorough and it could be 5:00 before he's seen. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! What is the point of setting an appointment then? I have NEVER heard of anything like this in any type of medical practice. We were new patients and prob would've been lifers because my children also visit ENTs regularly for their snoring but good god, anyone but here would be better. DO NOT waste your time.
