My truck stopped running and I called my insurance company…read morefor a tow , the first one they called said under 60 minutes and I had waited over 2 hours, then they called Flash Towing insurance said another 60 minutes. It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again. On both occasions, they went out of the way and put in more than what was asked or required and didn't ask for anything extra to do so. They stay patient while I tried to figure out what the best solution would be for me, still shut up after my phone ended up dying and they didn't even hear from me, and bought me and my daughter dinner and made sure we were safe until we were able to get ​our vehicle fixed.
