TNT Transport and Towing -- Owner Jose Rangel Went Above and Beyond!…read more I can't say enough good things about TNT Transport and Towing and owner Jose Rangel. Last night, on my way home from work, I hit a pothole that caused a blowout. Unfortunately, my new car didn't come with a spare tire--apparently, in Germany, they decided you don't need one! The blowout was also too severe for the Fix-a-Flat system that came with the car. I called my roadside assistance through my insurance and waited for over an hour, only to find out they couldn't find anyone on their list willing to take the tow. They told me I could either find someone myself and get reimbursed or wait until the next morning. I'm not sure what they expected me to do--camp in my car in the middle of nowhere all night! I had seen TNT Transport and Towing on Facebook and Instagram, so I decided to give them a call. It was after midnight when Jose answered. He was already on another run but told me he could be there in about 45 minutes. We agreed on a fair price, but while we were making arrangements, my insurance company called back. I explained that I had found a tow company, and they contacted Jose directly. Jose worked everything out with my insurance company, USAA, so I had no out-of-pocket expense and TNT was paid directly by the insurance company. Jose showed up right when he said he would, with a great attitude and a positive demeanor. He had my car loaded and taken care of within minutes, and we were on our way to the tire shop, where he dropped it off for repairs. If it weren't for TNT, I would have likely missed important meetings today because I'd still be trying to get my car taken care of. Jose truly went above and beyond. He never complained, never hesitated, and was professional, respectful, and positive the entire time. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend TNT Transport and Towing for any towing or transportation needs. I know who I'll be calling next time I need help! Review 1 -- Personal & Strong…read more 1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I would give ABC Towing zero stars if Google allowed it. I was left waiting outside at night for more than three hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was repeatedly given different ETAs and told someone was on the way. I continued waiting because I was relying on the information they gave me. Hours passed, and there was still no truck. As a woman stranded at night, I found the entire situation incredibly unsettling. There was no urgency, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no follow-through. Then, after keeping me waiting for hours, the service was ultimately canceled around 11 PM. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. If ABC Towing couldn't fulfill the request, they should have communicated that instead of repeatedly giving inaccurate arrival times and leaving someone stranded. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company.

Geico was contacted by them and told this information and instead of trying more providers said they would not be contacting any other providers u til I get more video of how the car was sitting ( I had already took a taxi home and didn't have any other transportation to get back to my car) out of disparity, I made a Facebook post in a local group pleading for help and working minutes, Steven responding and was to my house to pick me up and had the car out of the ditch all within 30 minutes.
