I often waited over a week for her to return calls. When I asked her why she had not returned my calls sooner, instead of apologizing for having dropped the ball & promising to do better in the future, she gave me a number of excuses, but no apology. Also, she did not respond to text messages in a timely manner, & did not take any steps to resolve issues I had with the property such as missing keys, incorrect garage door codes, & lack of manuals for the thermostat & appliances. When I asked her about them, she said that it was easy to download them from the internet, & I should do that. If it was so simple, why didn't she download them herself & leave them with the property? I find it difficult to believe that a big real estate office would not have both internet access & a printer.

They worked very hard on a messy job that took hours of hard work to accomplish. Their fees were more than reasonable and they met every quote they gave me. They were so efficient that I had them replace my toilets which took less than 24 hours. They also fixed my water heater that had a leak and every job they performed works perfectly! They took a very distressing situation and treated it with urgency and true craftsmanship! You can't ask for any better service than the professionals at Hanna and they do it for a fair price.
