After calling the company that installed my gas fireplace that wasn't working, waiting 2 weeks for them to come and service it only to be told they don't service gas fireplaces even though they sell them, and suggesting I call Crow's did I get the fireplace fixed. Not only did he come to my home days after I called, he found the issue plus other issues with the way it was installed and fixed those as well. Then he ardently put the fireplace back together placing each log and checking to see how how the flames looked. Mind you, he took two hours on a FRIDAY NIGHT to get this all done. So impressed! Highly recommend this company.
