Looking back at that situation, I would have agreed to plead guilty to murder if that's what I needed to do to get out of jail, but a good Lawyer that's actually looking out for their client's best interest shouldn't have even came to me with such a ludicrous offer unless he was simply looking to be done with the case with putting forth no time or effort to have the charge reduced to misdemeanors of under-age drinking, disorderly conduct which is exactly what should have happened. I am a woman of respect so I won't disclose what personal problems she shared with me, but it doesn't reflect well on a family law attorney. It was comforting (facetious) when right before my custody conciliation began, she told me the custody conciliator assigned to my case is a hot mess. Deb caused my simple custody case to drag on unnecessarily for weeks, which added strife to a situation which was already stressful. This caused my family more stress, heartache, and dismay.
