After that, I was told to wait in the massage chairs and that my tanning bed would be ready in about ten minutes. I waited patiently for approximately 45 minutes to an hour, assuming someone would come get me as I had been told. Eventually, I went back up to the front desk to remind them that I was still waiting, only to discover that my bed had apparently been ready and sitting open for more than thirty minutes. I understand that businesses get busy, but completely forgetting a customer who has been waiting that long is very disappointing. I also found the persistent sales pressure unnecessary. Overall, the experience left me feeling overlooked and frustrated.
