Valerie is professional, incredibly personable, explained what she found (discoloration under a nail that was improperly filled) and how to treat it. She was not upset that a few nails were lifting and redid the entire nail. She was so detail oriented, there are no sore cuticles from the files, absolutely no polish on skin, entirely smooth nail finish without ridges or uneven filing. After watching the talent and expertise she exhibited, I asked her to pick the colors and design saying I like xxxxx colors. She did and I've never been more please and feel so confident about my nails. The quality is second to none and I am thrilled to have found my nail tech!

I expressed my concern for getting Botox with a new provider, the nurse assured me she was skilled and experienced and would "never" give me a droopy eye, which I had experienced before. She also suggested using part of the filler syringe for my smile lines, she stated "they will disappear " Less than 48 hours after my appointment I noticed my smile lines accentuated worse and my eye began drooping to where it messed with my vision. Not to mention aesthetically embarrassing! I contacted the business immediately sending videos and pictures. They refused to see me for two weeks even though it was clear my procedure was messed up: They did not offer compensation or sympathy for the botched service.
