In search of a last-minute pedicure, I decided to try a couple of things I haven't tried before: The Yelp app for getting quotes and this salon. It worked better than I anticipated. VIP is a nice salon that does a good job of keeping the flow of customers moving. Although they do take walk-ins, best only to try that at non-peak hours. They even have Sunday appointments, but that's definitely an appointment only day. The ceiling lights are covered with screens that make it look like a sunny day with the cumulus clouds and a few stray butterflies on wire dangling in a couple of places. The window on the side have a screen with a beach scene. Both of these things lend VIP toward the sit-and-relax atmosphere. There are several different levels of manicures and pedicures available, depending on how far into the spa style you want to go. They're a nice group of people, will talk or not depending on you, but I've noticed a lean more towards the "no talk" during pedicures, but "let's chat" during manicures. Shellac and regular polish is available depending on how long you want the polish to last. They also offer some "natural" products as part of the mani or pedi. read more

I came in with a full overgrown acrylic set Id gotten done in Missoula. I asked to keep the length and the oval shape I had. When I asked him to fix my index nail he shaped crooked, the rest of the service he started digging his nails into my hand and overly aggressively yanking on my fingers. He refused to do what I asked for so I asked to just pay for what he did and leave. He tried to charge me $15 over the listed price, and I left with WAY too short, pointy, uneven, bulbous, unfinished nails. Not to mention the layer of gunk cured to my skin around my nails. Love how I don't have to wait & they are open later than the other salons. They offered a beverage to me when I did have a wait but they also offered when I sat down at a station! My last visit I wasn't happy that my new growth natural nail wasn't clipped, or filed evenly. Also that I had 3 different people attend to me and it took over an hour. read more

I was scheduled for my nail appointment. I was seated and then I saw the owner pick up the dropped nail file off the floor and wanted to use it on my nails!! Disgusting and unsanitary. I asked her to get a sanitized one. She gave me a dirty look. I'll never go back. My friend told me she stopped going as she got a nail fungus. She reported them to the better business bureau. Have been trying to find a nail home for 7 months of moving to Billings. I finally found my "it" place. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. There are so many colors to choose from. Jenn does great dip nails and Chae does amazing with pedicures. They even serve champagne. 10/10 I would recommend. read more

I asked for the most expensive $65 pedi because I saw it had a longer massage option. After the most disappointing pedi experience ever I worked up enough courage to mention it. I was then gaslit and told I switched my pedi to a $55 one, which I didn't and was told to tell I need more pressure next time. Regardless I didn't receive any type of massage. All I got was the rubbing in of the product that they were using. No pressure at all, no technique, no switching up. And to top it off, I was not offered a wine like everyone else. I had to ask myself. Do not recommend paying more for the "upgraded" packages. My feet still feel sore & dry. read more

Went in with pictures of what I wanted. Solid color gel nails with jewels on top. My manicurist was a newbie who had no clue what she was doing. She finished my nails and I asked her about the jewel art on top, she informed me she forgot about it. I rarely ever have my nails done, 1 or 2 times a year, normally for special occasions. I don't know the process for the nail application/steps, and I'd never done the jeweled look before so I kept thinking maybe she puts the jewels on at the very end. She completely forgot. She had to file off some of the gel from the top and try to glue on the little jewels. They wouldn't stay, she got up and asked a lady who was giving a pedicure to another client. Both came back and looked at my nails and the other individual fired off a lengthy conversation. Another attempt was made by my manicurist. I asked her if she knew what she was doing and had she done these before. The other lady was still standing there and let me know: she know! Well, I walked out of there with crazy looking nails and a deep cut to the side wall of my nail. I'll be filing them off and looking elsewhere for a manicurist. Please don't practice on people if you don't know what you are doing, or at the very least don't practice unsupervised. My manicurist didn't know more than the basics. My nails had big clear blobs/hills around the jewels where she tried to glue them on. Since they wouldn't stick she went to town with the glue. Then added additional layers of clear gel on top. It looks insane lol not pleased and not impressed. read more

Their pedicures are well worth the money- they don't rush you out the door to make room for other people as soon as possible. Horrible service. I came in to get a manicure and spa pedicure, I asked about the services and the woman that greeted me was so rude. She asked if I could pay for the services? I said, well yes if I came here to get my nails done obviously I could pay for services. She went over the menu and when I said I wanted a pedicure she said "sorry we don't have any more space for you" The entire nail salon was basically empty. I was so impressed with the service my family and I received tonight. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was very friendly, the place is very clean and I love love love the over the top Christmas decor. David did an amazing job on my Christmas nails. We called and made reservations this morning hoping to get in before they closed (they are always busy) but insisted we could make a reservation for 6, they would stay late and they did! We didn't get out of there until 7:45 (they close at 6) and not once did David ever rush the process. He was very meticulous, patient, informative, kind and funny! I showed him a particular set of nails that I liked on the Internet and he didn't hesitate. He took some of the original idea and added to it. I've been in here three times now for a pedicure. First time was with my partner and they made him feel so special and it was so fun and relaxing and the owners (married) were hilarious! Second was by myself and it was again just immaculate costumer service. They are are detailed oriented, clean, and so enjoyable. And the most recent time was with my mom and sister because I needed them to experience this! You alway get a glass of champagne, the best care, and they alway treat you like a queen (or king). First time they even gave us a free add on and I had a skirt on so without even thinking put a towel on my lap so I felt more comfortable. Christmas time you always get a free full size lotion too!!
