UPDATE 07/22/2020 I recently took a water sample to a local pool speciality shop only because I was going there anyway to get a part. Well, they "tested" it and came back with I can't be in that water, I'll get a bad rash, you need to drain 1/3 of the water immediately and return with a new sample to test. Alarmed for sure but also suspicious given some past run around from the same shop and well... I had just been in the pool and seemed totally fine. So? I called Mark at Old City Pool Service. Mark comes over, just looks at the water and was like those test readings are wrong but he tested with his kit right in front of me. Sure I needed some chems but NO water changes, NO rashes, NO issues really at all. In less that 30 minutes he did whatever chemicals were needed and even vacuumed the pool while he was here! They started out strong but the past six months or so have not been good. We have contacted Lotus Pool on several occasions to report these issues and they have not responded or even given us the courtesy of a reply. Then this week we were informed that the price would be increasing. When we called to question that we were then told that it was a mistake and our price would remain until December. What would have happened if we didn't question this. Then we then again reminded them of our issues they claimed that they had no record of our complaints. It is also very difficult to pay them. Just beware that their customer service has gone downhill lately. We just cancelled our service with them.

We made a few changes along the way and received revised quotes quickly. They made several recommendations when were unfamiliar with a feature. The did not try to upsell anything. We were 100% in the driver's seat. The screen company they work with side by side, A Certified Screen Service was amazing as well. Between them the project came together into a stunning masterpiece. I rarely had to call Matt, the operations supervisor, because he usually called me first. He made sure even the smallest concerns were addressed in short order.
