After waiting a few days I call back as the part STILL hasn't came in. This time Bill states that his "guy" at the warehouse says they don't have another one of these parts in stock so it was never shipped and I'd be receiving a refund. Still no refund so I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. Forgot go mention I had to call several times to get Bill because he was never "in" and the female that answered the phone knew nothing. Not a way to run a business, avoid at all costs.

They blew out the fan and left it in the device, damaged, with bearings falling out. It took them a month and over $200 to ruin my machine. I can only imagine that they had no respect for me because I don't appear to be wealthy. As a business owner myself, I couldn't believe the lack of customer service and uncaring attitude. They've also refused to pay their taxes according to the MO DOV and their tax license is revoked. NOT a healthy business for this community!
