The weekend attendant Debi from Muskogee was rude, hostile and completely unprofessional I attempted to contact the owner when in happened in November took all the way until December when we finally spoke. He basically said it's ok because he believes in second chances. He blocked me on social media due to the exposure which is fine I don't give up easily I will continue to stand up for what's right and just as I told him on the phone if I save one person from being treated that way I feel accomplished. Absolutely no customer deserves to be treated as we were and while grieving. I've been making everyone aware as I work in customer service and we own a cleaning business as well I would never act like that nor allow anyone else to do so. i am a firm believer in treating people how you want to be treated!!!!
