Well, maybe, but you only get what you pay for. 2. The staff here has been nothing but phenomenal, they have been working like crazy and I feel they are completely under-appreciated. This place has so many good reviews that are based simply on the job they do. 3. There are isolated issues, sometimes, but thats life. Things aren't always going to be perfect. Look at the big picture. But they sure as hell try to fix any issue. 4. Thank you OVR for the best thing weve ever done as a family. This will be our 2nd home for life. There are some ups and downs but it's mostly not the community's fault but the neighbors. Yeah everyone is complaining about everything but what can you offer to make this place a better one? I have been complaining to the manager about neighbors who don't respect the stops signs, but if you ever pass the stop signs, the same people who don't respect the stop signs get nasty and yells at you and create tantrums! Who's at fault? The tenant? Or the management? Should management send someone to stand up and guard the stop signs 24/7? There are other neighbors that have lack of common sense or maybe they just behave like they were taught, they walk their doggies and they don't clean after them!! They dump trash in the next door neighbors, they don't respect the road and park to block said road for others and they are always complaining about the MANAGEMENT. Since I move over here I overheard complaining about the "bad management" but so far I don't have any complaints about the management, they keep the roads clean, they encourage you to keep your property clean and looking good, they offer help with debris, they have snow removal when we need it, they salt the roads, they have an scheduled for old appliances removal, and other resources when you need them, so what is the actual problem? I'll tell you the problem, people love to blame others instead of taking responsibility of their actions. If you are uneducated, you don't need new management, YOU NEED A BABYSITTER TO HELP YOU TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG FROM RIGHT OR SOME EDUCATION AND LEARN HOW TO USE "COMMON SENSE".

My family has owned my home here for 36yrs,6 months ago the old owner ,who I I thought was hard ass was a prince compared to the new managers. ARX community's . Just recently they started to move in refurbished and new home,I had empty lot for 18 yrs now the put a refurbished home they rent .good I have no problem with this. Until they hook up the new home to a septic tank with 3 homes already hooked into a 1000gal tank long story shot it backs up the 1st time ever . The manager never answered my calls had to go to office than was told in a nasty way "I have 24 hrs to have it pumped!" I stated it's backed up into my tub,shower ect.after rental of a power snake and with help of a neighbor, after the park pumped out the overflowing tank ,and leaving message saying they snaked their end .but I never saw anyone or was ask to run water from my home to see if the line was clean. Assuming it was I did my cleaning only to have it back up and sit until I complained onmy messages they finally cleared it Tues one week after the 1st back up.. iwas also assaulted threatened by a very nasty maintenance helper .who turned the whole problem into my fault. So if you're looking for a mobile home park Steeplechase village is nice but the new managers are the kind that make excuses instead of solving problems ,they only see me when something goes wrong. Living in a Rules Rule concentration trailer park run by over an zealous manager was too much to…read moretolerate. By the way, those idiots sold their trailer and left Stalag 6215 a few months ago. As trailer parks go, it's one of Garden Homes' shining stars! There were too many rules, and the rentals went through the roof! Nevertheless, I was fortunate enough to save my money and escape from Stalag 6215. However, not before Garden Homes fabricated a ridiculous list of damages to their used single wide rental. $11,000 to be precise Their trailer's wholesale value wasn't $11K. They wanted to keep my $1000 security deposit plus pocket my cash to replace a six - or seven year old refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. They got $1200 plus my security deposit. My balance with them is ZERO. But I haven't forgotten the screw job I got from Garden Homes! But listen, it's been 24 months, and that $24,000 less in their accounts and equity in the property I bought. Owning my own property, I can: park 3 cars anywhere on my 1 acre property, decorations are my choosing, and anything else I desire to do with my buildings or land! My advice would be never rent or purchase a trailer that loses its value worse than a used car, nor buy a trailer and rent the land. Will I ever forget the $2200 Garden Homes ripped me off? No. I just want to let them know that they don't have $24,000 that went into land and buildings that are mine! Thanks for reading.
