So I began a desperate search for an alternative option and came across The Elm. Ally was amazing, it was my first Ashiatsu and honestly will be adding this lovely hidden gem into rotation. I hadn't had a massage in the last 3-4 months by the time I found Ally I was a 10/10 pain no sleep and generally miserable. Leaving my session with Ally, I was so thankful I only had a 5min drive home as I was relaxed and just ready to tap out for the night. The BEST night of sleep I've had in a long time. Deep tissue without the boney elbows or forearms that result in pain the following day. Just relief.

For sixty minutes my masseuse did not spare any effort: she gave me a few Thai style stretches, stepped on my back, rubbed me with hot stones, and dug deep into my back and shoulders. I almost screamed for mercy, but afterwards felt so much better. I went in complaining of a stiff shoulder, but found out I have sore spots all over me. Don't go in expecting a relaxing time, but if you need working on aches and pains, this is a great place!! The place is clean and quiet. A couple of times my masseuse had to go out to greet customers, but it was quick and she did make up for the time so I don't mind it much.
