I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Julia is absolutely fabulous. From the moment you walk in, it very welcoming. She does an excellent job of figuring out what you are looking for out of your tan and explains, in detail, how to prepare for the tan, what to do/ how to stand during tan along with all aftercare instructions. She is very knowledgeable about the products she offers and how to prolong your tan after you leave. I have gone to her for over two years and her attention to detail and quality of tan and professionalism has never wavered. Be very wary of the "membership". I visited this establishment 3 times and paid each time. I never signed anything or was even talked to about a membership. I travel often for work so I never sign up for memberships because they don't end up being cost effective. I noticed that I had been charged for a 100.00 membership every month since my original visit. This was for a total of 7 months and $700.00. I visited this establishment 3 times and again, paid each time. When I contacted the owner, she was adamant that I signed up for a membership but did not have any kind of contract or signature. I tried to work something out with her and offered for us to split the difference considering she didn't have a signed contract and I had only visited this establishment 3 times to be charged over 700.00 but considering I didn't notice for 7 months ( this membership conveniently comes out on the 16th) I asked the owner to refund half of the charges. Again, she refused and I had to take everything up with my bank. My bank could only go back 90 days with the billing dispute so she ended up essentially stealing nearly 300.00 from me. Aside from blatant theft, this business is not the cleanest. Certainly room for improvement. read more

Julia did an amazing job on my spray tan! I am new to spray tanning and am very fair skinned with red undertones. My first experience was not great and I ended up with a spray that looked wayyy too orange and clumped heavily around my wrists, elbows and ankles. First off, I explained this over the phone and she gave me a run down of her services and which option might be best for me. This made me feel super comfortable and confident in her expertise. She gladly accommodated my schedule since I am going out of town for July 4th-she even made me aware in advance that it was meter parking only and to come prepared for that. When I came in, she assessed my skin tone and decided I should go with a medium/dark bronze in order to achieve a natural look. My skin looks amazing! I feel like a sun-kissed beauty queen right now. I went there today for the first time and I was extremely impressed by the staff being so professional! Julia helped me with my first time spray tanning ever and I love the results! The location was convenient, for my first time in she discounted $10 off my first service! It was only $30! She also helped me figure out the machine and gave me very helpful advice! Not only do you get unlimited spray tans in the Verspa Spa (which does an amazing job), you also get a discount from the sprays done by hand. Let me tell you - Julia is AMAZING!!!!! I went into Sun Spray two weeks ago and tried out the Evolv airbrush where the tech sprays you by hand. Game changer, it's heated! Also by far the best spray tan I have ever had. When you walk into Sun Spray you feel like you are at a high end spa, not the usual atmosphere of a typical tanning salon. The spray tan room is large and accommodates a sitting area which is unheard of in a tanning salon. This is very helpful when applying creams before the spray and for undressing. The time spent on the spray tan well exceeded any others I've ever had and the tan lasted longer than I ever expected. Also, the color was absolutely gorgeous, so natural and not a bit orange. The best thing is that as it comes off, it gradually decreases in color without the usual patchiness that comes with spray tanning. They also have a menu which allows you to spray certain areas you would like darker and touched up as the weeks progress without paying for a full spray!!! It is amazing how accommodating they are, if you need a tan at the last minute they are always able to make time for you. I just moved into this area, and I was looking for a place near me to tan at. It was nearly impossible to find a parking space, so I ended up walking. The customer service was so-so. I informed them that I was a new customer, and they looked less than enthused. I figure if you are the owner, you would be very welcoming to new customers. I decided to overlook the crappy customer service, expecting I would receive a good tan. I was persuaded into purchasing a $65 and up tan. At the end of the tan, I noticed around my feet and hands was orange. I showered before the time to try to get it off, with no avail. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be returning there, I went to look for another tanning salon, and came across Raydiant tan. I loved it!! Very pleased! A+ on customer service A+ on spray tan. Also the owner informed me she would be relocating to a location close by. She gave me her email, so I could email her and she would keep me updated with where her new location would be. this is a newer place that opened close to where I live so i tried it out. parking is terrible so I choose to walk. the customer service was mediocure but even worse was my tan. the lady talked me into the custom airbrush which was a cost of $70+. I was way too dark!!! I showered after the recommended 4 hours and my feet were orange and huge white spots under my armpit area. I wont repeat. I've had a better tan with the stuff I buy at sephora. read more
