I brought my wife,s 2019 toyota to sun stoppers. The old tint on rear windshield was bubbling. I purchased car a few years ago from Bev Smith toyota. It just needed new tint on rear windshield. They done an excellent job . The rear defogger stopped working. There are posted warnings about this at shop. I didnt notice, or think that there could be a problem with defogger. Had i known, i would have not taken that gamble. My wife often makes trips north, where defogging is essential. Looks like my only recourse is to spend800$ for a new rear windshield. Not happening. Beware of this if you are removing rear windshield tint. Lesson learned! read more

I went to sun stoppers to tint my brand new vehicle. They did a horrible job. They cut tint too short on my back window, I have a blurred spot on one window and I have bubbles EVERYWHERE! I pointed out the bubbles to the owner and the response I got was "bubbles are normal, it's not possible to have a perfect tint job" meanwhile my brother had his tint done elsewhere and he has no bubbles! The owner is a very nasty rude woman. After telling me they can't do the job professionally, I requested a refund so I can go elsewhere to get it done properly, she responded with "I'm not letting you ride around with free tint". I can't explain how disgusting this woman's attitude was. I would stay far away from this company. I paid $300 for bubbled tint and now I have to pay extra to have the tint removed and re-tinted professionally read more

First I want to say that the customer service was great. But the best part was when I called them about a problem on my car tint which they did over 7 years ago. I was asked if I had the warranty card and luckily it was in my glove compartment. They replaced all of the window tinting on my car free of charge. My car looks like new. They did a wonderful job. Wow. Seriously, took my moms new Altima here to get tinted by recommendation of her sales lady. Pricing was really reasonable too. Since they were wicked, wicked busy I expected to wait at least an hour or so for the car. No joke, 22 minutes later they were calling me up to pay as they were finished. They did a stellar job. No bubbles, hairs, or any debris of any kind in the tiny as far as I can tell. Super clean job you couldn't even tell the touched the car. The lady in the front office is super nice and friendly. I called today to get a quote for my four side windows. I was advised it was "stupid" not do the rear, I hadn't explained at that point that my car currently has a light shade of tint on all windows. I was disappointed in the lady's word choice without knowing my full story. I have heard great things about this place but after my conversation I decided I rather not do business here. I absolutely do not recommend this place! They were supposed to tint my car including the front window strip. When I picked up my car I realized that they did not do the front strip. I made an appointment to come back and get it taken care of. When I arrived I also asked them to look at the back window because I was not happy with the way the tint came out. The installer was offended and walked away from me to get the owner. The owner wasn't much better. I heard every excused in the book about how difficult this car was and how many years they've been in business. They tried to fix the back window and only made it worse. They rushed me out of there because they were busy and starting to fall behind. I filled out a negative review on FaceBook and instead of apologizing and offering to make it right, they got even more defensive and basically said "I guess we can't please all of our customers". I believe that the problem is a lack of humility combined with the fact that all of the employees are family, so when a customer complains, they stick up for the employee rather than take responsibility and work to make the customer happy. I will not pay extra money to go elsewhere and have their tint removed and have the entire project redone. read more

Call and make an appointment to save yourself some time/gas and to make it easier on their day-to-day (Just speaking as an employee of a walk-in /appointment business myself). You don't need to bring your car in, you can just describe it over the phone and they know the deal. This place is so good they're usually booked for 2 days straight! Don't know how they do it without burning out. Very fast service Three windows on a small pickup truck for me was about 30 minutes. Air conditioned waiting room. Lots of films to choose from! They also offer paint protection film, 100% windshield solar film, they got it all. Office Rep's discussed my best options and what would look the best and still be legal.
