I told the clerk that I only wanted the membership for one month and she said she would cancel it after I was charged for the month. This did not happen and I found recently that I have been charged $84 a month for the past year even though I have not used it since the end of January last year. I spoke to "customer service" and they were unwilling to refund any part of the bogus charges even though it was the fault of their clerk for not cancelling the membership after one month as I had requested. Total rip off and will never use them again.

Common sense would suggest you check the quantity when opening/closing the store but that does not seem to be happening. The second time this happened to me I waited till 11:15am on a Friday for someone to show up (they state their hours are 11am to 4pm Monday through Friday) but no employees came in. If you want to take advantage of the opportunity to tan outside the hours they are open you need to be prepared that things will not be properly stocked. Also, they don't monitor the lights and I came in to completely dark rooms which can result in safety issues. Unfortunately, I purchased the unlimited monthly package so I am tied to this place for 30 days; I will not be renewing or using this location moving forward.
