When I told her I've never been here, she told me my first time was free, then a month for a level 3 was only $20. I gave it a shot. After my tan I asked her If I could purchase a month. She told me to do it my next visit! I went back the following Friday before I went into my closing shift at work, at 11:20 & they weren't even open!!!!!!!!!! I was glad I didn't spend money on a place that clearly isn't reliable! I had to be at work by 12 so I wasn't trying to wait. I had a Groupon and the reviews were positive. When I came in they were super friendly. They took my coat, offered me a coffee. What a nice start! The atmosphere was very welcoming. I told him in the past I never quite got the color I was looking for. Usually I ended up with a brassy blond and not a white platinum. He got the color down no problem. We were limited on time but he did as many foils as he got within 45 min. The end result was great! I thought I might owe money on top of the Groupon but he didn't charge a penny more. Go to this salon and to Nick with a Groupon or full price. It was a very pleasant experience
