Unlike the contract states there no way to go online to make maintenance requests and notes taken by leasing office employees does not serve as a request. Even tried sending requests via USPS certified return receipt. All requests were to this day went ignored by BEACON MANAGEMENT. While parked in my assigned parking space on Ten Mile my car was vandalized ... I am now parking somewhere else. Signed lease on June 15th, sent notice of leasing no renewal via certified USPS on September 1st of the same year. T That was before I confronted a intruder at back door. Called leasing office on September 27th to complain about the back being propped open. Confronted intruder outside my kitchen door the following day. This happened during daylight hours. BEACON MANAGEMENT refused to replace the chain lock. I don't recommend moving here or at any properties managed by BEACON MANAGEMENT. Please note that I am current with my leasing obligation with the Versailles Biarritz Apartments and am looking forward to moving from the Versailles Biarritz Apartments.

I enjoyed my apartment, the wildlife and I had a nice view of the river stream that passed behind the property. Would I return? Yes!

I bought my first rental property and did not know what to do. Katey helped me through the whole process and now that the house is up and running as an Airbnb she's been so attentive to every guest that has had a question. Sometimes I wonder when she sleeps. Every typical home or guest issue that has come up has been handled swiftly. I don't have to stress at all. I couldn't recommend them more.

To make matters worse, the contractor was not paid because management claimed the repair was unauthorized, despite the tenant stating it had been approved. Management acknowledged the situation was "unfortunate" but stated it was not their responsibility and did not view the delay as a problem. As a result of the nonpayment, the contractor returned and removed pipes and hardware, leaving the shower unusable again. This situation could have been avoided with effective communication, which this company consistently fails to provide. I recommend finding another property management company.

I have kids that's living in my house this issue affects all of us, but they do NOT care. I was scolded about paying my rent on the 5th as that was my rent date for the last 4 years this company comes and says my lease says its due the 3rd so I have to go by the 3rd because that's what my lease says. Anything after the 5th is considered late. lol funny cause actually my lease says anything after the 7th day is late. But they have been charging me late fees after the 5th date. I would imagine they are preparing to let their employees take my late friend's personal possessions or throw them out instead of allowing Diane's only living relative, her brother, and me, her friend of 40 years to retrieve them. Are they going to just throw her parent's ashes in a dumpster? What is wrong with Village Green Property Management and Parkside of Livonia? They have zero liability, but refuse to be reasonable or even honest about working with me. They haven't responded to my attorney either.
