They have very competitive prices and if you get a fiberglass door, the jamb is made of composite not like some of the doors at the home centers like Lowe's/ Home Depot. They looked at the issue, told me the think they would have to make specific changes, but the tech said he would have to speak with his boss. I appreciated that; however, I received no call back as to if they could make the changes and each time I called, it was "someone will call you back". Then I was invoiced for the repair that was estimated and never performed. After I called, was told they would look into it and delete the invoice. The next month I was invoiced again (2nd time) for work that was not done. I called again, they finally took care of it, but I still needed the work done. I requested an answer to my original question and now since it had been past 30 days, they would have to do another estimate. I live in Atlanta, so it is not as if I can just run down there. I scheduled another appointment, that did not happen. Was called the next day and said the code did not work. I asked why wasn't I contacted when the tech was at the unit? The office lady (who was very polite by the way) did not have an answer. I cancelled all further actions and will look for another electrician I can trust.
