Matthew was very professional polite and I enjoyed engaging in conversation with him. Matthew not only did what he was supposed to do, but he went above and beyond, pointing out potential future problems that I may experience with my systems and what needed to be done to repair them. He did not pressure me into buying anything he took pictures of all the issues and showed me them explaining what each one may or may not do. Not only was Matthew great but so was the rest of the team on an earlier issue with my heating during the winter. They came out, diagnosed the problem, found additional issues and were very upfront and honest with every problem that I had. Unfortunately, Sutton Brothers is not affiliated on the contract with my secondary home insurance and I wish they would be. The company that did come out, which was assigned by my insurance company missed several of the key issues that they had pointed out antique photographs of. When they did my install they were training a young man named Carson. 6 years later, Carson came on a service call to see why my AC was down, and found my 20 years later old intake had collapsed on itself after not being able to pull enough air. They were able to quote, get materials, and turn around the service call in a day or two. I'm impressed 6 years later Carson stuck around - that tells you the company is good and working with their teams to keep talent. Duke…read moreEnergy has an EV charger prep program to get reimbursed for preparing your home or garage with said charger. They will reimburse up to $1,133. After extensively asking Duke all the questions to get this reimbursement, I asked for a list of contractors they have worked with. They gave me a list of 5+ electric companies. Go Green was the 3rd one I called and the only one that answered. Right away, they showed me elevated service. I explained the situation to them and they offered a free consultation to come check out my garage and give me an estimate for the EV charger installation. The very next week, Richie, the technician, came out and met with my husband to check out the space. The first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend (with one expensive part being the cost of the surge protector). My husband asked if we could provide the surge protector would Go Green supply the labor for installation. Richie said they could do that and also that he will come up with 5 different customizations of estimates based on different services and promotions. Richie left and within a few hours, the estimates were in my email inbox. I ended up choosing one of the mid-level ones and signed the invoice ocking in the price. Go Green had to order some parts so installation happened a little over 2 weeks later. Richie was the technician for installation too. It took him and his partner a little over 2 hours to install the charger. The city also needed to approve the charger so Richie said Go Green would handle the communication with them so they could come out. I did put in a request with him for a certain day and the city was able to accommodate. Once I received all my documents (the proof of EV registration, my paid invoice, and the approved permit), I applied for Duke's EV charger prep program. I was rejected about a week-ish later for not having an itemized invoice up to their standards. I immediately called Go Green and told them what happened and within the hour, they emailed me a new invoice which I re-submitted to Duke. Two weeks later, Duke emailed me approval for the program and two weeks after that, I received my check in the mail. This is a long review, but I wanted to explain the full process of working with Go Green to get approved for the EV charger prep program. I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with their work!

Yesterday, Reggie serviced my dual units and I am very pleased with the work done. He was thorough and spent the time needed to make sure that my units were cleaned and serviced. I have a drain line from my 2nd floor unit that drains down the side of my house and I could not find an HVAC company that would re-route it. Dilligence is scheduled to come back and do the work for me. I believe they will do a great job.
