I had no hot water at my kitchen sink, and I quickly determined it was likely the shut-off valve that had gone bad and was robbing me of hot water at my sink. I called East Plumbing around 9:30 am, after discovering and determining my problem after attempting to wash up from breakfast. I spoke with Thomas (who is always awesome), who said they could resolve my problem today and that I would get a call after lunch. Thomas texted me and told me the guys would be here in 15 minutes, and they were there in exactly that time frame and began work. I also alerted them that I needed a new cartridge in my shower faucet, as it started to leak after showers. After running some tests and looking at my water pressure, they also determined that I need to do a PRV- Pressure Release Valve, as mine is likely old, and allowing to much water pressure to be pushed through the house. They told me this to let me know it is something to keep on my radar, but also did not force me or guilt me into another repair. They resolved both of these problems in under an hour and essentially fixed my problem in less than four hours. It was around four hours from my first call to when they said "goodbye" and shut the door. You cannot get much better than that. I cannot recommend these folks enough!
