I booked by appointment online. The guys showed up promptly, but after a review of the house, I was…read moretold that they could come back Monday morning at 8:30! I made the appointment so that I was available and could have this done on the day of the estimate. Then I was told, "sorry...we have our truck here but can't take anything." It wasn't the haulers - their manager Dom told them to reschedule. What is the point of doing an in person estimate and then telling the customer, "hey, we will come back." They offered $150 off if I rescheduled. I said no thank you - I will find another company who does what they say they will do. So...1-800-Got-Junk it was and they were super. Do NOT use Junk King unless you expect a "sorry...we can't do this now." Shameful way to operate a business.
