Chose whoever you will but to warn you that they claim to have your back in every step of the way but that wasn't the case with me. The advisor got nasty with me just because I called him a number of times to ask questions. Then a couple days later Stephanie dropped me as her customer/client whatever they call you. So they will speak highly of themselves but will not prove their words. I'm almost completely done with Wells Fargo as a whole to be honest, they need more professional advisors!!! Like Edward jones. They have a really good reputation and track record. That is where I'm going next.

Their system is designed to cater to the whims of employee with no regard for their customers. if you are thinking of using a regions bank for transferring funds or accepting payments to your account then good luck with that. I once happened to be near the Crystal River Florida branch and discovered a teller in one of the darkened offices fast asleep. When I attempted to report the incident I ran into a flurry of questions obviously designed to make me go away. Which I did. If these folks handle our money the way they do bussiness then the banking commission, and the FBI should conduct a thorough audit/investigation. They are so unconcerned with providing good service that they must be receiving funds for laundering money or some other illegal activity. Yeah I know, the Federal reserve insures your money, up to 100K$ if the bank fails but it takes forever to get it and the feds do nothing if your funds just got astray. Never thought I would say this but you would do better to go with Wells Fargo. At least hey got caught and are being monitored.

The problem is, they don't answer the phone. Finally, when someone did, we got cut off. Then, they said they would call us right back. They never did. We are having to drive an hour away to get our pounds, because we can't be sure TD has what we need there, without speaking to a human being. We are going to another bank because this one dropped the ball and can't seem to have the customer service we need on the phone to get our business done. 1 star.
