It looks like my review is just one more amongst hundreds here saying the same thing that we got price gouging it was $6.50 a gallon for gas and before we even realized it. We were in a hurry and thought it was just tourist prices for being in Orlando. But when we left and got around the corner, we saw gas for three dollars a gallon. This is illegal to we were victims of the hurricane Ian and are still trying to recover. All we did was take our daughter to the airport in Orlando, we live three hours away from there, so thought we better get gas before we tried to head back. I was inside the gas station getting a pack of gum when I got back out my husband tell me about the price of gas there. This is just insane. There's no excuse they don't have a sign out front saying how much their gas is and no one would go there. I think they need to have to have a gas price sign by law, I think that would help immensely with this problem! My husband got 10 gallons of gas for $6.60! Businesses like this who exist solely to exploit tourists will stay in business ... but hopefully at some point, karma catches up to them. If you are reading this before you pump gas here, know that Orlando International Airport has a reputable Speedway gas station on premises which charges NORMAL gas prices and posts them! Most people find out the hard way that they pay $5-$6 per gallon at the pump at Suncoast ... at the time of writing this, the airport's gas station was $2.29 per gallon and posted it's prices clearly. Hopefully once word gets out, this shady business will stop what it's up to. There have been several news stories about these tourist-profiteer gas stations in Orlando but because the airport didn't have many easily accessible stations with this type of location, they continue to prey on tourists. Luckily, the airport now has a station right there. I can normally find the positive in any situation... unfortunately for this one, it is practically impossible. I paid $5.95 per gallon and in total spend almost $70 to refuel my rental car. It is highway robbery! The owners of this establishment are laughing all the way to the bank. I accept responsibility for not being more cost aware before filling up my rental car. The positive? I had to fuel my rental before I returned it. My fault for falling for these scammers. Gas was $6.55 per gallon. I was visiting and I didn't know gas was that expensive! My story does not involve gas, which is painfully hiked at this location, but it is about an item I attempted to return and the HORRIFIC experience I had. I was on vacation in Orlando FL (still am as of today). I had purchased a car/home charger from this location on 5/24/19 since I forgot mine in my home state. It worked once, and then stopped working. I realized it had stopped working on my way back to the hotel from Universal - I plugged the cable into my car and it wasn't charging. Mind you, it is after 2-AM, I am new to the area, and I had relied heavily on my phone for navigation. Long story short, I eventually made it back to the hotel after nearly two hours. Today, 5/25/2019, I visited the station to return the product and ask for a refund - this is where the verbal and behavioral assault on my person begins! The individual at the register - a slender Hispanic-looking guy with long hair (tied) and tattoos on one or both arms - says he wouldn't carry out the refund because it would make his register fall short ... and that he'd absolutely not let that happen - call this guy "Guy-A." As the customer, I found that comment to be highly problematic and wrong. He said that he could do nothing about the refund, and that I had to exchange the product with a similar product. I understandably refused and asked if I could get other items within the same price - he said no. I asked for the manager. He said she was out. I asked him to call her. He was reluctant but eventually called her. He couldn't reach her, so I waited a bit. In about 15 minutes or so, he reaches her on the phone. She tells him to go ahead with the refund. He gets off the phone and is starting to get visibly agitated. When he tries to refund the money back to my debit card, the system doesn't allow it - it kept declining my card. After multiple attempts (on his register and once on another young lady's register), he suggests that the system doesn't allow him to execute the refund because he wasn't the one who sold the product to me; that I needed to wait until the shift of the guy who sold me the product yesterday, which was to begin at 2p - it was 1:30p already, and I had already been there at least 15 minutes. I asked him why he couldn't give me a cash refund as the system failure or block is their responsibility. He says it must go to my debit card, and that there was no way he was going to short his register over this refund. (Skipping a lot) I leave and later return just before the next guy's shift. Guy-A gets vulgar, very rude and visibly agitated with me! He argues that the purchase occurred yesterday, and the registers are set for today.......that I will just need to wait till the next guy's shift. I asked him what would happen if the system blocked the refund on the next guy's shift. He said it would be my loss, and he said this very confidently and with no fiber of decency or respect. The other guy eventually shows up and basically supports him (Guy-A), adding that "you are buying a charger from a gas station ... what do you expect?" Now, Guy-A is emboldened, very agitated, acting very rudely, and essentially accuses me of wasting his time. He paces back and forth and then says he'd "fu%king just call the manager and put her on speaker." He calls her, BUT she ultimately has him refund me in cash - THE OBVIOUS SOLUTION! After hanging up the phone, he goes off on a cussing tirade directed at me and at the situation - he blamed me for his register being short. He withdraws the cash (and change) from the register and throws it onto the counter. He then tells me to "get the f#ck outta here" or "get the f#ck out of his face," or something to that tune. I stared at him for a few seconds and left. I'v been to gas stations throughout the U.S. and have never experienced this degree of ignorance and disrespect. The behaviors were not just ignorant and profoundly rude, they were also threatening in an almost criminal way. It was only for $21, but it felt like I was being duped and I hated the feeling. This horrible experience ruined my schedule for the day and cost me over $70 - since I couldn't return my rental by the 24-hr deadline and needed to accept the fee for the extra day. Suing the business isn't worth my time, plus I leave first thing tomorrow - but this type of treatment is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. No CUSTOMER should experience this! This business SHOULD BE PLACED UNDER INVESTIGATION. For its employee(s) to be so emboldened to treat a CUSTOMER SO IRRATIONALLY AND SO RUDELY .... suggests to me that something is NOT RIGHT with or about this business. I reside(d) at a major hotel brand and have communicated these details to its management - hopefully regional hotels are warned too. I hope the matter is also escalated to local authorities for further action. (This matter should easily have been resolved, but the above happened instead.) read more

The first thing which jumped out at me was the lack of a road sign with prices and there was a small physical sign that looked like it should've had prices posted but there weren't any numbers on its front, it wasn't until I exited that I saw their exorbitant prices.
