I was more than accommodating bringing it to them again the second time. However this THIRD time they stated "in their professional opinion it's leaking somewhere else causing their install to fail". Well you guys were 100% wrong and just didn't install it decent enough. I paid another company to fix your mess up and guess what....its fixed. Pretty crappy service after you pay them over 13k...I have endless pics and videos of all texts, proof showing where it was specifically leaking.

When I got the boat back they had serviced the engine, removed all the old fuel and 1/2 refilled with non ethanol. What Really caught my eye was Matt had taken it upon himself to do a couple of extra small things:1) repaint the skeg 2) install a rubber cap and zip tie on the oil drain tube and the shaft. The cap wasn't even on there new, so it says volumes on the Attention Matt does his job. The only guy for me from now on! GREAT JOB!

This seemed very high to me, so I called other marine repair shops to compare cost for the same job. I was given an estimate of $500- $650. Riverside explained to me there were some bolts that were rusted that needed replacing, and the labor was $560 because of their skill level. I believe they charged me for two hours extra labor . They also charged me for the following parts - locknut $ 17.82, bushing $27.32, and miscellaneous shop supplies $17.73. I will not be taking my boat to Riverside Marine again.
