We just wanted to file tax returns for the previous three years. They started the returns but there were questions about how to file. There were distributions made from the estate before the estate was settled. That was the problem. My wife called a couple of times to make sure that the returns were accurate. Well, Paul took this personally thinking we were questioning his ability to get it done correctly. Paul called us to come in for a meeting. No problem. YES PROBLEM! We went to his office. He had a bad attitude from the start. He insulted my wife... very professional PAUL. He threw the file on the conference table and asked us to leave.I wanted to pay him for his service, but he told us that he would see us in small claims court. SHAME ON YOU PAUL! This was a very emotional time since I was handling two estates at the same time. It was very insulting and totally inappropriate. DO NO EVER USE GLOBAL ACCOUNTING FOR ANY REASON. I sent a check the next day so we would not end up in small claims court. Paul cashed the check the next day and we never heard from that ass again.BE CAREFUL WHO YOU PICK TO DO YOUR ACCOUNTING. MAKE SURE IT IS NOT GLOBAL. THEY SUCK! We wound up using another accountant to finish the returns.So we had to pay twice to satisfy the IRS.Thanks again Paul. Maybe you will see us in court after all. I'm on the phone with my attorney right now. SEE YA!
