I found her AND other kids on top of the table and even commented why there are kids on top of the table and the young teacher or teacher assistant said "oh we are watching them". I informed Mrs. April and the director the next morning. My daughter was fine with drop off after the first week but started to cry and tug at me and dad after the first week. After the Covid restrictions, you switched to drop offs at the lobby and this went on for a few months but still during those few months...I couldn't get my daughter to come in on her own without crying and refusing to stay with you. Your director was informed an investigator was coming beforehand so she prepped her teachers on how to act to stay in business. I know for a fact she had a meeting with those teachers. You can't explain why my child was putting her hands over her head from your abuse though right? After 2 weeks in the new daycare she learned to trust her teachers and never...never did I struggle with drop off. She changed completely to her happy self and at times asked me and daddy to go home and pick her up later because she felt so safe and happy to be at the new daycare. You should not be in business. Your classrooms are unsanitary, smell so bad and you allow your teachers to abuse children. This causes PTSD, emotional distress, and trust issues with these kids. I pray that every parent does their research before trusting their kids with you. You're endangering our kids lives.

People were claiming they were scammed because they didn't check with their facilities to see if the course would be accepted there before paying for it. Many more facilities now accept purely online ACLS certification courses and there are more companies offering them now. ACLS.com is one of the originals and I've been using their ACLS course for recertification for many years now. Yes, it's been accepted at the facilities where I've worked, but you still should check with your facility before paying for a course! I find ACLS.com's courses to be thorough and entertaining. Well worth the money to get your certification and save a day or two of time at an in-person course. If it's your first time certification there's definitely an argument for going in-person to practice on mannequins. I haven't taken ACLS.com' course this year yet, but in the past there were some errors on the practice exams and the real exam, but nothing terrible. The course has improved in presentation and organization every time I've taken it.

If a student is at a debate meet or baseball game and misses the in-class "task", they have no resources to capture the concept. The student portal shows only problems, no instruction or examples, or answers to some of the problems. The parent portal shows a sentence or two stating the lesson objective. The students' only recourse is to get the teacher to present the 45 minute task to them personally or, (much better) have it taught in a straight forward manner in 10 minutes. The curriculum fails to give students adequate practice and review. As a result, students don't retain the concepts. MVP is worse than useless- It is damaging to students' math education.
