I especially appreciate the variety of yoga props. The changing rooms are quite an upgrade as well. I had a chance last Friday evening to attend Gail P.'s yoga flow class. She is truly an amazing teacher. She can teach at Level 1 up to Level 3 with all of her poses. She keeps you very focused on alignment and breathing. Her spiritual message was spot on. They offer wonderful classes as well as 1/2 day "retreats." Their style is less intense than many other studios and focuses quite a bit on meditation and breathwork. Their instructions are all lovely and friendly and their studio is extremely clean and provides everything you need, should you not have your own supplies. If you are looking for an intense hot yoga workout, this isn't the place for you; but if you are looking to unwind, go to Blue Moon, have some tea, have a stress-free practice and meditate. It's very thoughtfully appointed for delivering a good number of really great wellness classes, workshops, and teachers and it does deliver! My Yoga classes were with the owner, Briana, who ended the class with Gong Sound Healing. It was just so perfect. I've also done the Sound Healing class with Ben Carroll which was awesome, too. Most recently, I tried the Aroma Touch Therapy with Briana during which she incorporated a custom blend of essential oils. It was more centering and relaxing than having a week's vacation. I highly recommend trying this Yoga and Wellness studio. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
