When it was my turn, I asked which cash we would be using and where I should put my basket because it's really awkward and painful to have to keep bending down to get items. He responded in a condescending manner that most people only buy 1-2 items and basically nobody uses the carts. I responded by suggesting they put a small bench at the front right under the cash on the customer side so we could put our baskets down while we unload groceries. He basically scoffed at me. So sad!
