We came on the Sunday before we left, and the store didn't open until 11:00am, but there were already door crashers waiting to go inside. I had been to a Len's Mill store previously when I had lived in London, and it was alright, nothing too special. It's more of a big warehouse looking store and sells a bit of everything. While my mom was looking through the fabrics, I ended up walking around, they had a bunch of clothing items, craft supplies, bedding, kitchen and bathroom decor. They had a lot of snacks at the cash register too. I ended up getting some pretzel snacks and some candy. Overall, this store is a unique store with many different items. Although this store isn't the cleanest, or most organized, but you can certainly find some treasures. Unfortunately, we don't have a location in Windsor, maybe one day.

My boyfriend is the ultimate shopper. He knew what was there, including Bulk Barn. As someone who grew up in the Beaches area of Toronto, I was hoping for a real boardwalk. Oh, well. I can't win 'em all! The first store that I parked in front of and visited was Solutions. The closest one to my home is in Richmond Hill. It's nice to frequent a different one. I was greeted promptly by a staff member. It was nice that he said hello. He didn't ask me what I was looking for, which was nice. I looked at all the sale-priced Sistema water bottles and salad containers that were in front of me. Wow! Lots of variety and colours. I love this brand, so I took my time sifting though​ everything. Since back-to-school sales have started, I was looking at shelves and racks. I may need to come back next month and see how some of these items will help me with my organizational projects at home. I ended up getting some 3M Command strips to hang some picture frames at home. I also got a hedgehog toothbrush holder, and penguin and polar bear hot and cold packs. Checking out was painless. I skipped getting a plastic bag. I simply carried my items to my car and got a fabric bag from my truck. I spent a good hour in this store. If you want to get a ton of storage ideas and solutions, it makes sense to stop by and check this store out. (162)

Sure enough, we found ourselves in line to drop into Sunday General Store. The window shopping was enough to draw me in. They focus on low/no waste products, locally mades, and natural. All things I've loved to appreciate within the last year. As an added bonus? It's also a groovy hip coffee bar offering a variety of hot beverages! I ordered an Americano Misto and you could tell the quality of the beans could not even be compared to that of my Keurig. Truly delicious and a great late morning pick-me-up. COVID protocols at the time of visit were strictly enforced. There were a very limited amount of people inside which although I had to wait, it was worth it because once inside I felt safe. What I bought: +Holy Basil loose tea - has tons of benefits and I like experimenting :D +Tango Chile Sauce - no additives, gluten free, and vegan!! I'm currently avoiding added sugars so this is especially exciting for me to come across haha + Ironically, I also purchased an elderflower and lavender simple syrup because you best believe I'm planning out ALLLLL of the herbal cocktails for the future. Definitley give this lovely local place a shot if you're in the area or when restrictions lift, if you find yourself exploring Guelph :)

Main St. Market is such a cute cafe and market with great coffee and delicious scones. They also…read moresell other pastries and sandwiches, but most of the store sells other local goods such as ready to heat meals, bath products, honey, jewelry, and clothing. It can get busy so finding a seat might be hard, especially on the weekend, but there's additional seating outside with fire pits to warm you up. Definitely a cute spot to check out to grab a cup of coffee and catch up with a friend.

We recently used their design team to do a renovation on our bathroom, we had a rep come to our…read morehome. Talked with him what we wanted done, he measured and took notes. When we signed the contract with them, the nightmare began. We signed in July 22/2021, they didn't start till August 31st. When they delived the materials there was only the driver to unload, there were big pieces, the contractor was supposed to be here to receive it, but he didn't come to make sure the materials were right, my brother that had paid for the work had to help him unload, they were paid $15,000 for the job and he had to help unload it! The contractor was being paid for the job didn't borther to show up and do his job, the counter to be installed in our kitchen was cut 4 ft too short, the shower was wrong, the cabinet was the wrong colour that we had picked out . The contactor was very spuractic when he would come to work, he would say he would be there at 1pm he'd show up at 4pm, after I cleared my schedule to be here then he'd show up late. Many times he would come at 5pm and stay till 8pm, who works on that type of schedule ? It was very much disrupting to us, especially when I'm caring for our elderly parent. Then when the job was finnaly done we wanted to return the leftover flooring that they estimated that we would need , there were 2 boxes of un-opened flooring they would take it back however they wouldn't refund the money that was paid for it. We had paid over $15,000. to do the renovation, we had to keep checking what he was doing the cabinet was installed wrong the put the unit that had for a shelf under the sink drain, then there was no shelf markings in the other unit. It took 6 weeks to do a small bathroom and for the amount that was paid. When they removed the bath tub its was around 8 pm, they put wood and crap in it that they removed in it and left it on our lawn by the house for 4 days, we were embrassed to our niegbours that no care or consideration was given to how our property was left. Do your due diligence before doing any renovations with them.

We were looking for a sectional for our home and had been to the bay, lazyboy, chesterfield. Hadn't found the right one good quality at reasonable price. We after walking around the typical furniture setting (which my wife enjoys but not me so much) We were greeted by Gary. A consummate sales person doesn't sell at all, but educates with their knowledge ( and clearly Gary's expertise in design is a terrific help) We ordered our sectional from him, confident that we were treated in the most professional way.
